They wont deliver 11 minutes away neither would the edgewood location which is 10 minutes away so Ill dominos or any other pizza place that will gladly deliver. I love pizza Hut but I will nit deal with them any longer because they clearly only want business that is easy or convenient. I work in customer service and a server and before that was a senior manager for a very popular restaurant company and it is no wonder why this company is failing and closing places left and right. Its because they turn away business. Hope this mind set works out for you at pizza hut.

I was very happy with this Pizza Hut until tonight, I ordered two medium pizzas and asked specifically for them to be extra crispy. When I picked my slice up, every single one of the ingredients fell off. It was like someone had took it out of the oven halfway done. I am going to put it in my own oven and try to finish baking it but honestly, that was the worst pizza I have ever gotten. I recommend you make sure your pizzas are at least satisfactory. Even the cheese was falling off. I had to put it in my oven at 500 for almost 10 minutes...

So we walk in to order and get a large pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. We ask the waitress for extra sauce on the whole pizza. The pizza comes and we take our bites of the pizza to find no sauce at all. I thought it was a white pizza! We ask the waitress if this looks like extra sauce when visibly it has no sauce, and she lied to our faces. Waitress was to busy talking to her friend then taking our order. It is worth driving the extra 20 minutes to get to the next pizza hut. Or order somewhere else.

I would have given a 4 or 5 for the food but I had to balance it out with the employee problems. They were nice enough but non- existent or slow at best. Waited 9 minutes to be seated when there was ZERO customers. Guy came out of the kitchen after 3-4 minutes and asked us what we wanted but then disappeared again. Finally a girl came out and seated us after waiting FOREVER with zero customers. Pizza was wrong... but honestly still good so we ate it anyway.

I had previously written a partially negative review of this establishment over their high rate of errors and low quality of service. It has gotten better over time. The staff now manually verifies the order upon pickup for your approval. There have been a few small incidents, such as a night when they ran out of dough but never called to notify us our order couldnt be fulfilled. But, overall, theyve improved dramatically.

The Pizza is generally good from here. However, Ive had a few instances where we bought one and it came out substandard. The pizza was relatively cold, and just not appetizing. This only happened once or twice out of the four-ish times weve bought here though. If you buy a Stuffed Crust, its almost always fresh. :)

just ordered a medium pizza & brownie. pizza crust was stiff and awkward, cheese had a terrible texture. the brownie was undercooked and practically has to be served in a spoon to avoid the contents. i rarely get to order out, so it sucks that when i do, i get such a terrible order.

If you want to wait over an hour and a half for delivery then this is the place for you. Rude employees. Never ordering from here again, but of course they probably dont care if they lose customers or not. Good job on being the worst Pizza Hut in MD lol

Worst pizzahut ever. Zero customers and the waiting time for them to get 1 pizza done is about 45min. They have a battalion of employees that just running around doing nothing. Going in and out of the door every 10mins.

Got pizza Dec 4th at 6 pm and it smelled terrible. I called n spoke with the manager and informed about the fowl smelling pizza and she was very rude. Worst pizza we ever purchased. Done with pizza hut for good.

Terrible. Two people tried to take my order at the same time pizza was going to take 30 min so they said 2 hours later i recieved it. 2 thumbs down never ordering from here again.

Nice quiet atmosphere with hardly any customers. The pizza and bread sticks were delicious. They also keep the place clean. This is my favorite pizza hut for eating inside.

Ordered two pizzas online for carry out. Email said will be ready in15 mins. So u waited 15 mins then Drive there to pick up. I waited an additional 30 Mins. Smh
