Pretty lackluster food. I dont like to leave bad reviews, but I was really underwhelmed with this place. I had the bento box, so I cant speak to the sushi menu, but the chicken was dry and the fried rice was pathetic. Just mushy rice seasoned with soy sauce. Literally nothing in it at all. Considering the other great Asian restaurants I frequent, especially in JC, I dont see myself going back.

Having lived for nearly 5 years in Osaka I grew to enjoy and appreciate the areas acclaimed nigiri sushi, So I am always looking for and comparing sushi treats in the U.S. I was so pleased to see a skilled chef in action behind Edos sushi bar. His "normal sushi is outstanding and his sushi rolls are very innovative and tasty. Now I can take a tasty trip down memory lane by dinning regularly at Edo.

Sushi is good, other food and service is not that great. Servers there have no courtesy. They dont even greet, no interest in customer or any interest in follow up of food - how was the food, do you want dessert , have a good day, come again etc.... Points taken off just for the service....sushi is great ....

If youre looking for quality sushi, nigiri and hand rolls you need look no further than Edo Sushi Bar & Grill. My first time dining there I tried the Eel and Yellow Tail and I was hooked. Ive since tried the crab, shrimp, California, dragon and salmon and have yet to find something I dont enjoy.

Went to this joint for a work function. Really outstanding food. excellent grill, but the Sushi was just amazing. very reasonable prices when you put it in the context of Sushi. This place is one of my favorite places to eat now and Ill definitely be there again.

We have gone to Edos for 13 yrs. You simply cannot find better sushi and other Asian cuisine in the Tri-Cities. The people that work there are simply the best. The owner and sushi chief are wonderful people! A wonderful place with great food!

I love this place. Its relaxing, with great service and delicious food. I am particularly fond of their salmon sushi, with super thin slices of lemon. It really "brightens" the flavor of the fish.
