Havent gone to Famous in a while and now I see why. Great food but TERRIBLE customer service. Walked into the restaurant and no one greeted my family and I. Finally seated ourselves and waited for a waitress to take notice, only to get the worse waitress you could possibly imagine. My waitress stared at us with a blank face the entire time. Covered her face with her pad as she spoke and wrote our orders down. She knew absolutely nothing in regards to the food on the menu. I asked for a cup of ice with lemon for my bottled water, she brought lemon in a small coffee cup. Asked for a cup with ice again, it never made it to our table. She brought out everyones dish at least 5 mins apart, never mind bringing the salad after I had already started my dinner.. and even the salad was wrong. How do you mess up on a salad? She even forgot my bread. To make it even better, as 3 adults sit with their plates infront of them, I ask our waitress where my step sons chicken tenders and fries might be and she said "the cooks forgot, sorry." A warning would have been nice instead of my 5 year old impatiently waiting for his food. Not everyone is built to be a server, but this girl just looked like she could give two sh*ts less about her job. As a former waitress and a current employee of a pizza restaurant I expect the experience I give my own customers. Next time Ill make sure I take my food to go because the food that did make it to the table was actually good.

I have been going to Famous Pizza ever since I was a little girl. Famous has delicious personal sized pizza and you wont be disappointed. .unless you like poor customer service. I used to deal with the woman with the black hair. Since the closing and reopening there are new staff who seem to think they are more than worthy of mu money without simple courtesy for the customers. The man with the black hair in a slicked back ponytail doesnt even speak when I come to pick up a phone order. He rang up the 2 pies and just waited for the cash. If I didnt have people waiting on the pizza I would have turned around and left. Just because something is good, doesnt mean you shouldnt have customer service skills. I will gladly be going to Julios Famous pizza down the st who will take my credit card and deliver with a smile. You have lost a faithful customer and I will spread the word.

This pizza has just been OK since the place reopened but this review isnt even about the food. Its the customer service. Ordered delivery a few months ago and the delivery guy had such an attitude. We called for a delivery tonight and they refused to service us saying it was too far. We live in the city less than 4 miles away! Get a GPS and get drivers who are willing to service ALL of Bridgeport or dont offer delivery at all! So annoyed.

My husband an i ordered dinner to go, he had a peperoni pizza and i had a turkey grinder with bacon an were really impressed with how good the food was. (Especially ordering at 10:30pm)The grinder is one of the best sandwiches Ive had in a long time. Ive found my place to go for a good meal. We will be back. Definitely!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD. I am a pasta fan, and ive been all over the place looking for their best plate and when my husband brought me here i never looked anywhere else the Lasagna is number #1 when it is brought to you it is boiling hot with cheese still melting !! Amazing !!!

First time eating there and it was absolutely great! Customer service could be a bit better, the older lady thats always there handling the register doesnt greet people before asking what they ordered. Needs improvement on customer service but the food was awesome.

Just wanted to let everyone know that delivery is only for after 5pm defeats the purpose of wanting to have lunch at the office. And they still not taking debit/credit. Its 2017 they still living in the past.
