I came to irish times pub on friday night 5/20/16 with a group of friends for drinks & a good time. As the night was winding down, i went to the bar with my brother to get a water. i was approached by two bouncers that asked me to leave because "I was too drunk & looked like i was going to vomit". After me & my brother reassured them that i was ok they asked us to leave again & we agreed to leave. As we were paying our tabs one of the bouncers proceeds to grab me & throw me across the bar into tables & chairs & eventually out the front door. Causing personal injury to myself & my property. They ripped my jeans and shirt also causing damage to my key fob splitting it in half so i can no longer acess my vehicle until it is fixed. Mind you we did nothing beligerant or aggressive to invoke this reaction by them!!! This is just one of many incidents where the bouncers at this place have been aggressive without justification...I STRONGLY ADVISE RECONSIDERING GOING TO THIS PLACE AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO ACT PROFESSIONALLY OR EXECUTE PROPER ACTIONS...SPEND YOUR TIME & MONEY ELSEWHERE. THEIR BOUNCING STAFF IS OVERLY AGRESSIVE & BASICALLY ASSAULTED ME UNECESSARILY.

Not sure about any of these negative reviews? This place is great and I met my now husband here. Its a fun local spot, it has good food and drinks with a separate dining area from sports fans and bar goers for a nice dining experience - or has nice sized bar and outdoor area with dancing later at night. The staff is always friendly and courteous to me and my very diverse group of friends so if someone was treated otherwise I have never witnessed it and we come here very often. I enjoy coming here with family and friends and recommend it!

This "Irish bar" kicks out customers while theyre eating and drinking a beer at the bar celebrating their friends birthday if you dont take your hat off when told to... Learn how to run a business, you dont suddenly tell a customer to remove his hat while hes eating and having a beer unless you want a scene. If theres a dresscode the doorman should let you know when you enter. Not have a sudden dress code change randomly in the middle of the night you stupid ginnys. Pffft, "Irish pub"...

Was my super duper Friday night, without fail, fav happy hour. But the bartender Ray always has such a sour puss on, walks away before you finish ordering, then makes it wrong bc he didnt hear you and then gets a little peeved at the customer. Its also ALWAYS VERY HOT IN THE BAR. After 3 years of asking, I stopped going. Still a great place for mini reunion meet ups since its small but big enough to handle this ole crew.

The food is authentic Irish cuisine great shepherds pie great family place live music I only gave it three stars instead of 5 because the bartenders are not very friendly the very business-oriented I spent the entire evening there and never saw them smile once a smile goes a long way to make you feel welcome somewhere but if you dont mind that they do have great craft beers

Pretty nice pub with a cool outdoor hangout area. the best part about it is they have outdoor pool tables. The bartenders really know what they are doing and make wonderful drinks the food is also really good here too. Its a good place to go after work during the spring and summer months.

We go to Irish Times almost every week. The staff is so nice, the owner is absolutely amazing and the food is to die for, especially the buffalo wings!! We will continue to come to this bar forever, bring on the good times!! Would absolutely recommend this bar to anyone!

Messed up place. Got my I.D. stolen from security (Rob and Matt) who claimed my legitimate card to be fake. This was after they physically assaulted me, called me a "heshe," and tried to steal/break my iPhone. Not a safe place for those who are transgender. Be wary.

The food is always good, the prime rib sandwich and buffalo bits are amazing! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. They have great happy hour specials and a really nice outdoor patio, with a bar.

Best Guinness on Long Island! Make sure to join the Guinness 100 pint club and get your name on the wall! Staff is very friendly and very good service! Food is pretty good too!

This is a great spot to drink with your friends. Its big so theres always room for all the people and they have 2 bars so you always have a place to get a drink!
