Really great. Food is delicious, and the atmosphere is excellent, right down to the waiters and waitresses with Irish accents! BUT. It seems to me like they are sneakily decreasing their portions of certain meals...very odd. I had their version of Shepherds pie today and it was delicious, but for 13 dollars, was not NEARLY enough to fill me up. That made me feel a little bit aggravated. And I feel like it was bigger a few months ago. Maybe I am just paranoid- but I dont think so. If I pay 13 dollars for a dish, I prefer it to leave me feeling at least close to full. But good food, anyway. So just bring that portion up on the Shepherds pie...and this would easily be a 5 star review.

Though this place is usually very crowded, and very noisy, the service is very nice and the drinks are very well mixed by the bar staff. The food here is actually above average for a pub like this. I especially recommend the sweet potato fries. Like I said before, this place can be very noisy, it is usually because of the live entertainment. The bands they get to play are very talented and often make it so one would not mind the loud atmosphere. Very good selection of beers and liquors.

I tried to like this place for years, mostly because it usually has seating. Best place in Burlington to find overpriced, mediocre food and the most inattentive service on Church Street. Ever heard of an Irish Pub that wont serve you drinks because they are reserving tables (right next to the bar!) for food buying patrons only? Yeah. Irish Pub my a**. Its a pity, but Im done with this place.

Nice, clean place with a wide-ranging menu. The fare ordered at our table included smoked chicken wings, vt poutine, pub cheeseburgers with truffle fries and a Reuben. All was cooked properly, tasty and promptly delivered. Service was good. The winners were the truffle fries, shaved brussel sprouts and of course Guinness. We will be back.

The best fish and chips I ever ate! Enjoyed a leisurely lunch outside on the patio last weekend with family. Everyone in our party of seven was quite pleased with their food. A wonderful selection of beers and ciders, too. Server was very congenial and efficient. Definitely on the short list for the next trip we make to Burlington!

Wish they had stars showing a more negative experience. Im sure the food is good but I feel that the servers are possibly racist, I watched more than one of them walk right past my wife an I, sitting at a table with good visiblity for 10 minutes, and serve other non mixed couples instantly after being seated.

If dont U like the gun laws in vermont, then get the hell out and go to Ireland where the laws are far stricter, U dont get the right to come to a free country, make money but see fit to restrict the rights of others while making a profit off those same people. Get out!

Great place to grab a beer and some pub fare. Had the chance to visit over the Thanksgiving break with my family and it was a good time. A good selection of snacks and appetizers as well as meals. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

Excellent location. Food is alright. Half price burger nights are the nights to go. Friendly staff, cool decor, its more about the location than anything else. I dont go there specifically for food most of the time, but I do go for drinks a lot.

The place you always end up at least once per night if youre around town getting drinks with friends. Pretty decent beer selection and the go-to whiskeys on stock. Back-door connection to The Whiskey Room.

First time here. Food was unique and very good. Servers were friendly. We did have a problem with part of the meal that was quickly taken care of by the manager. Would for sure go back because of that.

Pluses: 1/2 price burger night on Wednesdays, cider on tap (appreciated by the gluten free crowd), good fries. Minuses: service is sometimes slow, and the shepherds pie is no longer gluten free. :(

The only and the best Irish Pub in town, Guinness is always on tap & great burgers. If you get the chipper Irish Bartender then your in for a treat, shes probably the best in town & 100% Irish

Theres a new chef and menu and both are fantastic, including the breakfast items. Try the Whiskey Room around the corner (same staff) for some fancier fare and an boggling selection of liquor.

A nice "Irish" pub in Burlington, they have a surprisingly good dinner menu for a pub, and drink prices are fair with some really good specials. Staff is friendly and helpful
