I just went to this particular location and they are so cheap about the portions,. I always loved Chipotle due the great portions.. but the last visit was just awful..I paid over $10 after taxes and my bowl was half full. I asked for extra lettuce of all things and she gave me a stare and added literally a pinch. How much can lettuce cost? I will think twice b/4 going here again. As for all Chipotle, the prices went up a whole dollar in one shot and portions got smaller. I will not go anymore. There are plenty of mexican places..

I frequently find Long lines at this location. Today, I was in line around 320pm and I think the 3 employees that were behind the counter were naturally over worked and unpleasant in their dealing with the customers. The cashier walked away to use the bathroom and I along with 3 others waited to pay while the other two employees were busy taking orders from the long line behind us. There is plenty of parking but this store is not properly managed, customer service is not a priority at this location.

Today was my 1st time ever eating hwre/from here I had a chicken rice bowl the rice was hard the chicken had fatty pieces the sour cream was watery. The guacamole was chunky and my food was cold. Ill never eat from here again nor try a different location thanks for the disappointment and a waste of $23.00 really shouldnt even get a star but it wont let not give one

Very Spice chicken. I mention to them is my first time there and order a chicken quesadilla for my girls and a salad with chicken for me, Was extremely spicy and they can not eat it, I talk to the cashier and I said you should warn people about spicy chicken, and she laughs and said is not at all, is the least spicy in the menu, First and last time there

i really enjoy Chipotles food anytime I have gone, but i also especially like this location. I have been to a few Chipotles and I find this one has the best staff and best food. I find it better than the one in Garden City, Carle Place and some others I have been to. There are long lines here during prime time, but the employees are fast.

They have charged me more than what they should have everytime. Example: 1. Charged extra for a guacamole when it should be free with veggie bowl 2. Charged for a chicken bowl for a veggie bowl Make sure you check your receipt the people working there are dumb and do not care to be particular of charging the right thing.

The location is very convenient. The service is very friendly and patient, they do not mind if you take your time wondering what to put into your order. If you speak Spanish they will strike up a conversation with you. The decor is really chill and laid back, the place is usually clean.

Horrible place. The food quality is subpar and the customer service is rude. They make mistakes in the order and they are not happy to amend it, such a perfunctory job or served sometimes with disgust. Go to the chipotle at syosset location or somewhere else and avoid this location.

Im not sure if it has come under new management but for the past two months the quality and taste has been too notch, prior to that I would avoid coming to this specific chipotle because it seem that clean. Line moves reasonably fast and there is plenty of space to sit

Nice clean place when it isnt bum rushed by everyone in town. Food is usually hot and fresh and taste great either in a burrito or bowlno matter what combination you pick for your food, also recommend adding the guacamole and chips as it will go perfect with your meal

I usually dont eat Chipotle, but me and my wife where hungry. We stopped and got a salad bowl and a burrito. Wow, they were horrible. Rice was really grainy and the chicken had no flavor. I thought I was eating tofu. Id skip this one if I were you

This specific Chipotle was quite dirty. Maybe it was just because of the location with it being quite far from the city, but I feel that a Chipotle should be a Chipotle everywhere, meaning that it would be clean and it would never be out of pinto beans ☺

Ordered catering for 26 while they think of every last detail they lack in food. If you really need to feed 26 adults for a dinner party you should order for 35 if I did not have a extra food from elsewhere I would not have made it through the party.

If youre going to go to this location, dont order online. You will literally get half portions and dont expect any meat. Honestly dont see what the point of is ordering in advance if the employees are going to half-ass preparing your food.

I got chipotle burrito two times and the service was very poor. They didnt wrap my burrito properly and they messed it up. I cant eat that in chipotle itself bcoz there is no way for me eating that there. Guys wrap it really good please.

This food is great, the portions are huge and the prices are great. Only downside is the high calories and fat. if youre on a diet or have plans to eat again that day I would avoid it. Very filling and great taste.

Place is great. A little hard with the kids to find seats sometimes but the food is always consistant and good. I get the burrito bowl and its usually around 6.75+ tax.

Always ask for extra rice. They are a bit conservative with the amount of rice they give you.
