Me and my children love to eat here. I am extremely sadden that I will never attend this restaurant again. I was humiliated by the staff and accused of lying over my own child age! They made assumptions as to my marriage status and discriminated against me over a something so ridiculous for charging one of my children as an adult. Let me say this first... I am a single, (OIF 2007 "The Surge") 82nd airborne veteran, and mother of 5. I work so hard that its a treat to take my kids out to eat from time to time. So what happened was I asked my 6 year old to get me the wait staff so he could fix my ticket as he charged my 12 year old as an adult. The next thing I know I have the hostess at my door talking about "my husband" said my child was 14 or 15. I have only come there with my friend (who paid) from time to time. BUt with that said... Its neither here nor there... So I went to speak more with this hostess. Now let it be known I have PTSD/ anxiety disorder and if you know what I am talking about you know how it feels to become so enraged at someone that your heart starts beating out of your chest and it takes everything within your being to keep you on the ground. So this emotion this lady evoked out of me as she continued to belittle me and I was in between trying to keep myself calm and argue my point. She asked me what year and I automatically replied with 2007 in my disorientation. SO then she threw her pad and paper... ridiculing me throwing her hands around saying you say this and that. Next time you bring a birth certificate and I give your money back. So I got extremely worse to wear I couldnt function. So the first thing I did was try to explain that I am a veteran with PTSD as I wanted them to make sure they understood me. I carry my veteran card with me so I pulled it out. I told her I have money. Money is not an issue, but my child is 12 years old. When I get to that mode its difficult to articulate. This was unjust behavior of management staff and it was sad that it was even thought as right to even hold an argument about a $5 difference and start a Trump birther movement in the Chinese buffet. To me it just means that we have been over charged the last few times we have came to the restaurant. Second, that they have no respect for veterans or single mother with children. They should have never have confronted a customer in the manner they did me. I will not attend this restaurant and if you have PTSD issues like me. I would advise you not to as well.

As many times as weve been here the food has never been bad. Everything was cold and old today. The shrimp on the hibachi bar had a yellow film on it. They skimmed some off the top and left the rest out. That shrimp was no good! We were not the only ones who complained. The manager said that he would have them cook more fish. Well, fish was not the only thing on the buffet and was not the only thing that was cold. He told my mother that this is a buffet so although variety of food you chose was cold, you could have eaten something else. I can take off $2.00. Then he says I mean the food ONLY costs $8.69! I let him know that I was insulted by that remark and for the life of him, he couldnt understand why. During our conversation, he kept cutting me off and refused to let me get a word in edgewise. I loved this place but as long as the food is cold and that manager Darrel Cummings is still there, I will not patronize them. He was very argumentative and does not truly understand what management and customer service are. He is a poriah to this otherwise good establishment.

The place is lousy about the owners or partners last that is prepared the sushi is a rude with the customers removes the tongs from the hand. I will never return. The servers are very nice.... El lugar es pésimo sobre los propietarios o socios la persona que está preparado el sushi es un grosero con los clientes te quita las tenazas de la mano. No volveré nunca. Los servidores son muy agradables

Remember to bring birth certificates for your kids. Rude and greedy, they checked us out.. almost $70.00, we left a good tip on the table and the old chinese lady grilled my daughter about her being 9 yrs old instead of 8.. "after we checked out and paid". She was actually chasing us like a collections agent. It was embarrassing for us and this business. All for a $4 price difference. I went back and gave the young lady who was nice at the register an extra $5 and said keep the change but give it to the business owner since they need the money so badly that they would interrogate a child for it. I actually thought the price tier was like other places such as adult or under 12, so I just told them child. Geez!

Best Chinese buffet ever!!!! The thing that really got me was that the sushi guy hooked me up with what I wanted, and they had a hot pot soup station with Pho!!!!!! That was super legit! If you dont like this place you are a cheap POS or you dont know asian food. It was slammed with Asians by the van loads, so you know its legit.... Im a world traveler, and the spicy Chinese beef soup tasted like authentic Chinese soup Hong Zhou style. Reminded me of my travels! Give it a try if you really like asian cuisine and wanna grub down.

I went to get sushi from the sushi bar & two mistakenly slipped through the prongs & fell away from the plate the sushi was on. The Asian chef behind the sushi bar picked it up in front of me & put it back on the plate toppings smeared & all. I had to MAKE HIM THROW IT AWAY! & HE WAS UPSET! I told one of the staff members & she replied "It is all sanitized" Wait what? So Im convinced as long as it doesnt hit the floor they consider the food to be safe. Disgusting... Crossing that one off the list!!!

Theyve got some good quality stuff, but I think at this point, once youve seen a Chinese buffet....youve just about seen them all. I think the only reason Im giving it three seats is because I have been to upscale Chinese restaurants that arent all you can eat, and the flavors were just as good, if not better than Chinese buffet cuisine. Besides that, cant go wrong with a good old Chinese buffet type meal.

We went here for the first time today. The entry doors are beautiful. The staff was attentive to everything we needed before we could ask. But the food was terrible. Very low quality. I am not a snob, but you could tell its just junk. Unorganized stations, overly sauced, overcooked vegetables, poor meats. We left after one plate. And didnt finish that even.

Yesterday,11/18/15.... 4 adults, 3 sodas, 1 water and a 1 and 2 yr old and my bill came to $46.00 I believe they over charged me...I didnt think about it till I got home. You gotta look at your bill good...and the food tasted like bleach!! Nasty!! I too hated the waitress standing there ,watching me eat the whole time.... No my experience was trifling!!!
