The only respectful and nice thing I have to say at all about this restarunt is ONE )out of atleast 10) of the waiters was decent and genuine. I know that this young boy atleast tried. This place is completely awful on customer service and the food was terribly bland! They served fajitas without the tortillas and the manager gave a huge attitude and mean mugged my sweet grandmother as she asked for tortillas in confusion as to why she didnt get any (In the menu it states you get tortillas with your fajitas *** and I have also worked at a Mexican restaraunt) we love Mexican food and love the culture but this food was bland the workers were all rude except one young boy who genuinely tried to make our experience a good one. I wish I had written down his name because he deserves recognition! He was the only reason we hadnt gotten up and left mid-meal! The food was bland, service was the worst I had ever experienced (hands down), and overall an uncomfortable experience. The worst $40 we had ever spent for 2 meals which we each didnt enjoy at all. I will never go back here or recommend it to anyone I know. The low ratings are all extremely accurate and describe my experience very well!

If youve lived in the Danbury/Brookfield area your whole life then you probably do enjoy this place, as do most people Ive spoken to and bless you all. Ive lived in the Southwest most of my life, so this "Mexican food" doesnt come close to cutting it for me. The ambience isnt bad, but if you are not from this corner of CT youve probably had much better Mexican food just by accident. To be fair this place is aptly named for the bland fare that it is serves, seeing as "Gringos" are stereotypically white Americans that cry at the thought of their food having *gasp* hot chile peppers in it!! The poor servers will even pre-emtively plead with you that the food isnt spicy, when I never said a thing about wanting a tamed version of Chile Rellenos. I bet folks around here file lawsuits any time their little kiddies might possibly exposed to the devils peppers!

Not good. Passing through on business from Kentucky and stopped because I love Mexican food. I was the only customer at 4 pm on a Tuesday and service was unbelievably slow. Its not authentic Mexican food; the queso dip was melted mozzarella cheese. The fajitas were mostly tasteless other than the strong taste of burnt steak, green peppers, and onions. Totally not good. They charge for refills which was not known to me. Would have been glad to have been told that upfront. I do not recommend.

I chose you over others! So hungry ! I am not being spoiled seriously no food since 10am. Traveling plus work and wish ur lights were on. :/ oh well. I have to say something cuz its just such an easy and necessary fix you are in service industry the hours have got to be right! I say this with positive attitude.

Yanquis shouldnt try to make complex Mexican food; ground beef is unheard of in Mexico, nix on the bay leaves, to. This place has gone WAY downhill since it opened maybe 12 years ago. Exijo más.

Its the best Mexican food ever mine favorite by far!!! Great for the whole family and kids have an AMAZING time. This place is great for all ages and is worth every penny! Five stars by me!
