Once again I am contacting someone about this location. It is the absolute worst location in existence. I have been placing my orders at locations in Franklin Square, Rockville Center and Queens County because of the atrocities that occur here. I ordered 5 items today and received 4. Had to return to be met with a team that had no communication between each other, and the little communication was nasty. The team prepared other items while I stood there at the counter. Eventually I said my food is getting cold, please bring me my item and finally asked can I have my money back. The cashier asked the team to prepare the item for me and they refused. The cashier had to prepare it herself while there were customers behind me waiting to place orders. The drive-thru cashier asked the manager to come up to speak with me and the manager refused, flat out ignored us in the front and went to hide in the back. The food comes out sloppy and undercooked every single time I go to this location. I try it every couple months with high hopes it will change because it is a lot more convenient than other locations and every time I am met with disappointment.

God Awful Taco Bell. Lines that are from another planet. I cant even begin to describe how long it takes to get food at this establishment. If youre unfortunate enough to go for their gimmick "breakfast" be prepared to have their employees stare at you until you leave. (owner must love paying these ppl to avoid customers and take up space. seems to be the culture there) Will often take 10 plus mins after placing an order to produce a single dollar item. I will literally only go to this place if im desperate and theres not a single human being inside. Otherwise youll be waiting 10-20 mins for their mickey mouse "food". Have had a saturday morning manager actually tell me hes sorry. he showed up late to work and thats why theres no food in the morning and i can wait for 20 mins to produce food or go somewhere else (which do you think i did? went to a deli and got food within 4 mins)

Almost every single time that I order, there is something wrong with my meal. I work close by but at a hospital and I cannot easily just drive back to fix the order. I have started checking my meals before I even drive away which isnt always easy when you have a rolled up burrito. Despite that being a continuous issue, there is one part of my experience that always stands out, Tim. He is easily identifiable at the drive thru by his upbeat voice and excellent customer service. He is spot on, ensures everyone is moving quickly and every client is happy. After my last mix up, I got him on the phone and he was beyond helpful and courteous. If it were not for him at this location, I would not trust that my problems would be taken care of. I hope he is recognized for his excellence as in comparison to the other workers, he really stands out and above!
