Used to come here often when it first opened. I was happy with the service and the attentiveness of the staff and quality of the food but only because they did a good job regardless of the fact that it was packed. Now I came for a visit and it was not the same. 6-7 person staff in the front of house with a few tables occupied. The bar area had a few people plus about 5 tables occupied AROUND the bar and only 2 people covering those tables and the bar. Bartender was the waiter for all those people and the other guy was running food and making guacamole. We were there for 5 mins to be seated and 20 mins to get our food order taken. Very dissatisfied. While we were waiting for someone to take our order we saw the hostess and 2 waiters hanging out on their phones, sharing laughs. Usually I wouldnt have cared but 1. We were sitting to the left of their eyesight 2. The hostess sat us and knew we were waiting and 3. They made eye contact with us as my girlfriend TRIED to get someones attention. I got my drink order and tried to order food but the guy left so fast we couldnt catch him so we munched on chips for a while before my girlfriend and I decided to leave for food somewhere else. Finally the waiter shows up to take our order and we tell him "No thanks just the check." The guy leaves and proceeds to, passive-aggressively, drop the check on our table. I dont wanna read too much into that whole scene but there seemed to be some malicious energy behind his actions after we refused to order actual food. I wanted to give 2 stars because I do give them credit for being so efficient when they first opened despite the crowd but the waiting time was the same even in a barely packed house. And they were clearly not able to adapt to the way the restaurant was divided. Damn.

Went for a late dinner, got seated in the bar which i usually wouldnt mind, but there was this one girl who was extremly drunk and screaming everything she said and on top if it the music was so loud we couldnt have a conversation . They kept serving her and didnt ask her to quite down at all even though the whole room would look at her everytime shed scream. Also the worst part our waitor was drunk himself. We got chips and salsa and waited an hour for our order to be taken. When he finally took it he had to send someone over twice to ask us what we got again because he would not write down our order he literally said "sorry guys i had too many shots". Not to mention he almost tried to feel up my friend and we had to ask multiple times for our drinks were trying to drink and our waitor cant get our drinks because hes to busy drinking and partying with people at the bar. Dont get me wrong the food was good but the service was horrible. I will never be returning here.

Adorei o lugar porque todos sem excessão me atenderam fantasticamente. Mesmo tendo que esperar 30 minutos na fila de espera valeu cada segundo que desfrutei do atendimento prestado por todos. Palmas à parte para todas as atendentes vestidas impecavelmente LINDAS! Parabéns à toda a equipe da cozinha bar e enfim todos envolvidos.Porque tudo estava Maravilhoso!!!

Dined with a group of 14 people and the food and service ranks below satisfaction. For the service, we constantly had the waiter come and ask if he could remove the plate when we had not even finished yet. As for the food, I ordered "Arroz Vallarta" and all I got was a few pieces of beef, shrimp and chicken with the rest filled with soggy rice with onions and mushrooms - distasteful. Most of us did not finish our meal that we had to take it home or completely discarded it. The menu pricing for this restaurant is overpriced and overrated since it does provide a sound selection of tasty Mexican food to enjoy. This is best served as a drinks-only business.

Food was great but the service definetly wasnt. They rushed everything-ordering, eating and even payment. I get that it was busy but its not like I just ordered an entree and sat there for two hours. I had drinks, apps, dinner and dessert. He asked three times for our order and took away other peoples plates as soon as they were done eating before everyone finished. He also picked up the bill 1 min after putting it down before we even had a chance to look at it. Very frustrating and difficult to enjoy

This Mexican restaurant has a very authentic and extensive menu. The food was delicious! You have to try the tableside guacamole. The hostess was very friendly as well as the waitress. However, the waitress wasnt as attentive as I would have liked. For example, we had run out of chips and water and had to sit there and wait and look around for the waitress for a few minutes. Overall, we left very happy. One thing that I liked in particular was that you can make any combination you would like.

We had drinks, appetizers (including fresh table side made guacamole), entrees and a dessert for four people, and the Bill barely broke $100. The food was delicious, the service attentive. My only complaint was that the mariachi band, while talented, was quite LOUD-and I have children with sensory issues. Do Id recommend bringing headphones for your kids if they cant tolerate very loud music. Otherwise, we loved everything and well be back!!

Consistently excellent food and service. Ive tried numerous different dishes and they are all excellent everything from the burritos tacos enchiladas fajitas you name it. Even the refried beans are excellent. Waiters are always attentive and glad to see you. Restaurant and restrooms are always clean and in good condition. And short best Mexican food restaurant and the area possibly the state. Oh and I almost forgot excellent prices.

Last night we went and the service and food was great.our waiter was Javier.he was very pleasant and attentive the I went a few weeks ago and food was great but we had a bad waiter Arturo. He was not attentive my friend ordered a drink and he never brought it and added it to the bill. He brought us water we already had some so we told him we did not need it and to take it away and he did not. Never came back and checked on us.

WHAT A HORRIBLE OWNER. The staff is too good to deal with customer issues! The managers and owner are unreachable and market lies on their website. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional staff, and we will not be back. This is what happens, "owner and managers," when you are unreachable to your customers, we go to the internet. So, congratulations.

Great food, generous portions, attentive wait staff. Large bar/waiting area, free chips and salsa while waiting for our table. We had the shrimp "fajitas for two". We were stuffed and had enough left over for lunch for both of us the next day. Less than 30 minute wait at7pm on a Saturday night. Highly recommend.

Giving them 2 stars because they tried. It was very noisy, and for chicken tenders, they gave me 4 tiny chicken nuggets. The fries was soggy. Considering others reviews, theres drunk people and unreachable staff. In fact, 1 star will do. Thanks for replacing Bertuccis for this sad excuse of a restaurant.
