Ive been working in Syosset for 2 years. Food choices are slim in this neck of the woods. I like Chipotle. One of the things I like(d) best about Chip is the consistency of food service, ingredients, and portions across the franchise locations (you can order the same thing at any of them and generally get the same result with the same service). That said; when I first started patronizing this particular store, it was congruent with what I had come to expect from Chipotle. Recently, they have become, how do I say this, stingy. Smaller portions, slower service, if I try to order online in the afternoon it tells me the earliest available pickup is 45 minutes from "now," but I go to the store and its deserted. Did I mention smaller portions? The food is good, but I used to be stuffed after I ate there, now Im just barely satisfied, which as we all know, is un-American

Horrible. My wait time was significantly higher than any other persons during the time of my order and it was all the cashier fault (she LOOKED Eastern Asian-American). I literally waited 15 whole mins and she failed to notify me of when my order was done being made; for what I saw it was all because she didnt want to disengage from other people who were still paying for their orders. I was hoping that she would have walked my bag over to me as I was waiting patiently but she didnt. very dissapointed. Just switch the cashiers (I hope you have more than one) and Ill happily recommend this place to friends, but until that happens Ill go to another Chipotle. If you are reading this please do the same!

This was the absolute best experience Ive had at any Chipotle. The line was long, being as it was a convenient location during the work-week at lunchtime, but I only waited about 5-7 minutes before it was my turn. Despite the high volume of people that needed to be served, each of the employees helping scoop food was so nice, smiling, and the cashier, while we were waiting the 2 seconds for my receipt to print, even asked me how I was doing. My food was delicious and I received a hefty portion (so much that I wish I had a scale to weigh how much food I was given). I will definitely return to this Chipotle in the future. Thank you so much for making my day a little brighter.

I ordered a burrito from this Chipotle location. After eating about 90% of it I felt something sharp in my mouth. I spit out the food and found a jagged piece of plastic, which initially I thought was glass. I called the store to rectify the situation and they were rude. They forwarded me to the corporate office, which also treated me poorly. It was as if I was bothering them because I found a dangerous foreign object in my meal. I am still waiting for a refund. I will never eat at this Chipotle or any other again. Please beware, Chipotles food may cause organ trauma.

I came to chipotle today and was highly disrespected. The girl Jennifer behind the counter was very rude and didnt smile and the girl Megan threw the guacamole at me when I advised her I didnt get my side of guacamole. Thanks to the apprentice Scott he made me a little more easy but coming and apologizing and offering a meal on him the next time I came. Thanks a lot Scott

They do a very good job of getting everyone served during their lunch rush. However, this sometimes causes the folding of the food to become a little sloppy and fall apart while youre eating it. Also, this location can be hard to park at on a very business day, keep that in mind!

Good service. Im just suggesting that they could serve smaller bowls for people who dont want to over eat or have small stomach because that bowl is too much for one regular person, and people tend to finish the whole bowel even though they are full.
