Got here right at 7am and doors are locked Friday morning. Manager opened ten minutes past...but not the biggest deal, okay Im 10min late now to work but Ill shake it off. Walked in, first thing noticed....it smelt like a bathroom. Literally the smell of urine was evident or who ever mopped last night used old water and left an awfully smell. Now Im waiting in line writing this review and have yet been helped....Im the only one here. Registers are not open the manager is off in the back getting everything turned on and ready.....its now 0713 my food is ordered and suprisingly enough that turned this review from 2 stars to 3 is the customer service! The women here this morning was very polite, approachable, and easy to talk with. And you think, first impressions are everything. Even though your store looks and smells bad - You made up for it in your service. I wont be coming inside here any more but I will be using the drive thats for sure. 0720 I was out the door. She even added in a free hash brown for the wait. This is genuine customer service at its finest, and it is unfortunate to hear that she has an employee scheduled for the morning and did not show up on time.

Best Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Employees are super nice and knowledgeable about menu items. Order wasnt filled super quickly, but I have the feeling they put time in to make sure the food was made well. For a fast food place, I recommend this restaurant.

I like this Taco Bell because as far as Taco Bell goes the food is always good. The style has not been updated since the early nineties so if you like retro this place is for you.

Everytime i eat here i always have the feeling of vomiting. Its good at the initial but after 2 hours there goes that unbearable feeling. Doesnt happen at Newburgh though.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, the reason this place gets a 5-Star is because of the consistently friendly staff. Never gets my order wrong and always has service with a smile!

I get a mid 80s to late 90s vibe when coming here and looking inside, but the food is always top quality. Staff are efficient though.

Not big on taco bell but, this isnt a bad one. It does take a while to receive your food though. Regardless if it is crowded or not.
