I called an hour and a half before they closed. the guy who answered the phone acted as if he was offended I had called. he then told me that half of the menu was out of stock and I could only choose between two styles of pizza. when I receive my pizza the box was literally bent in half as if it was punched. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box and I was handed said box as if this was normal and no shame on his face. easily the worst experience in the food industry I have ever had. this is actually my first Google review and i Wouldnt have even done it had the experience not been equivalent to going to the DMV or having teeth pulled. Less than one star. Eat your shoe laces with marinara instead

I dont know what the major malfunction of this business is, but after two disappointing experiences ordering from here, we will never spend our money at this place again. The first time, we ordered online and waited 2 hours and still no pizza. We called and were told a driver was out with it and would arrive shortly. We waited another hour. Still no pizza. We called again and were told our pizza had never even been made- 3 hours after ordering!! My husband asked how much longer it would take, and were told another hour and a half unless we came and picked it up ourselves. Just ridiculous. I honestly dont know how this place is still in business, especially after seeing similar reviews.

Ordered 2 pizzas, estimated delivery time was about an hour. After about 2 hours my cousin and I called to see where our pizzas were, and were told that they were with the driver and on the way. Another 2 hours go by and we call again. turned out that the pizzas were never even made, and we were promised 40$ credit as an apology, and they remade the order and got it to us 1 hour later. turns out that they didnt give me credit and instead decided to delete all records of my previous orders. Never ordering from here again. Long story short, my pizza took 5 hours to arrive, and I was lied to by the company.

Normally this location offers fantastic pizza and service. 8/12/15 this was not the case. I received a meat lovers pizza with rancid smelling and tasting sausage. The call center told me if I waited an hour they could bring a new one. I brought the bad pizza in to the store where the supervisor argued with me about the quality but wouldnt taste any himself. He also stated that they are the first feanchise to get an award for a perfect health inspection. I was then informed that I could buy a new pizza, not acceptable, I finally had to wait 15 more minutes for a different pizza!

I gave this place more second chances to redeem themselves and it never happened. The only consistency being shown in this restaurant is poor service. I could write a book on all the mistakes they have made, but I will sum it up by saying that I ordered a pizza at noon to watch a football game with my family...... The pizza showed up 1 hour AFTER the game ended around 4pm. And this was only the first incident of many......

We have ordered here a few times and ordered again in the belief that the service couldnt REALLY be that consistently bad. 1 1/2+ on delivery times during slow parts of the day. Cant take it out on the delivery driver, especially since management only keeps one on to drive for all of Moorhead. Food is cold by the time it gets to your house. Will remember not to order from here again.

I use to order pizza from this location for the last 2 summers. Suddenly its out of their location and they wont deliver to me anymore. I consider that terrible customer service. Iv always tipped well and have never had a rejected transaction. I will no longer be ordering from them. A repeat customer lost...

So rude and the never keep there word on anything. Told me I had a 10 dollar credit. But when I called to use it , it was not on my account. When you call the talk to you like you are a child. The delivery drivers dont know how to count. Wish they would open another location in town or overhaul that one.

The time for a delivery is 2 hours, then when the food is finally delivered is cold and uncooked, they have the worst costumer service Ive ever experienced. I have never been treated this way by a manager I would have to say this is the worst restaurant in Moorhead

In the past i have had issues, but now with the new management and actually having a full staff. Food is delivered fast and correctly. I say good job on the change and turn around. I will continue to order from the new moorhead pizza hut.

The guy who answered the phone was very rude. Normally they always forget the sauce with my bread. So I asked to please remember. And very rudely was told it come with it then he hung up. I hope he is fired! Last time ever getting from here

Order took 3 hours for delivery, didnt answer when I tried to contact them about the order. Refused to give us the pizza for free, even after taking 3 times as long as we were told.
