Unfortunately we are not coming back, not cause of the food but cause of the service. My wife and I went for breakfast, from the beginning we overheard the host/manger telling the waiter he had to take our order (I dont what exactly the arguing was all about, but thats what we heard). He came to take the order, after a while the host brought the food out, mine was partially wrong and my wifes was totally wrong, I kept mine cause the eggs were wrong (scramble not over medium) not a big deal, but they had to do my wifes again. The host brings the food back and it was partially wrong, but she kept it cause she was so hungry at this point. Finally the waiter showed up, "Im sorry about the confusion, I was in the bathroom and she grabbed the wrong order"...it was not a very nice experience

BEEN TO YOUR IHOP MANY TIMES, COFFEE WEAK AND COLD, FOOD TAKES TO LONG TO COME OUT, NOT HOT ENOUGH, WAIT STAFF WONDERFUL AND HAVE TO CONSTANTLY TELL PATRONS YOUR OTDER WILL BE OUT SOON.AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR A TABLE, ANOTHER 5 FOR A SERVER TO TAKE OUR ORDER WE SAT FOR 45 MORE MINUTES BEFORE THE FOOD CAME OUT. A YOUNG FAMILY NEXT TO US WHO WERE SEATED BEFORE US PLEADED FOR AT LEAST ONE PANCAKE FOR THEIR 3YR OLD AND 14 MONTH OLD AS WE GOT OUR FOOD. I KNOW THE HOLD UP IS IN YOUR KITCHEN AND HAS BEEN SINCE DAY ONE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SERVICE SOON, THANK YOU

Growing up in the Bronx, I guess I was spoiled by the IHOP on Boston Post Road (across from the shopping center). Was a bit disappointed with breakfast here. The service was below par and the food was marginal. I ordered an egg, waffle, and pancake combo and the pancakes were a bit dry and lacked taste. The waffle was also a bit on the cold side. My wife and I also found it to be on the expensive side. With all the established diners in the area, Im not in a great hurry to return.

im not a big breakfast person but i came with my family to enjoy some family time. first impressions are great, nice, and friendly and very welcoming to the restaurant. our waiter was really friendly but extremely slow. the food is another topic that im not here to explain but the service is not good. the manger was nice and very honest with the service and our waiter. years ago i hoped the service started to pick up pace but years later still no change.

This place you would think is good due to location...nope. service slow and sucks. Bad enough you wait long, then you have a guy waiter w braids who takes his friends in before you even though you been waiting and they just walk in....then you hear his tables complaining because he is too busy talking w friends instead of taking care of customers. Waiters all need to be replaced and a new manager needs to come into play

Had French toast, crepes and some pancakes. To start the French toast was subpar and definitely dont recommend. The crepes were horrific totally dont recommend. And the only thing to me that was somewhat edible and decent were the pancakes. This place is good for pancakes and thats really it. I think maybe just go to a diner

Came here with my son today. It was disgusting. Walked in and they went to find us a booth seat and on the way looking for it there was 6 other booths that were still dirty. They need to speed up their service. Also, our waitress disappeared and took forever to refill our drinks.

I went wasnt many ppl there and had waited 45 mins for a waiter because he wasnt told outlr table was his no napkins at the table or ketchup but the food was definitely good I will say the customer service wasnt very good I had a monster

Great place for breakfast. Food is good. When I was there, there wasnt that much staff and our food took a while. But when it came I was delicious. Its great for families. Would definitely recommend.
