November 27, 2015 .Okay . I am not one to complain, but if I can give this place a NO STAR ! I would. Me and boyfriend came here to have a nice breakfast and believe me were the nicest people ever. First off we got seated by the kitchen whatever , cool not the first time we went to eat and got seated by a kitchen entrance. My problem was that our waiter came to us ask for our drinks and at the same time we told her what we wanted to eat as well this was at 2:59 PM, so you would understand our frustration when it was pushing 3:28PM and we had still not received our food. [CRAZY] ! Our waiter who didnt even greet us with her name NEVER checked on us because if she did she would have realized we never got our food. Thats cool right , but then there were two different tables with parties of 4 and 6 who got there food me and my boyfriend are just [2] people. This was the first time we been at this ihop we normally go to the one 17 and believe me after today we will never make way to the ihop in the Palisades mall. Horrible service . our food came out 30 mins late. Didnt want it I simply got up and left. NEVER experienced such B.S. . I work with customers 24.7 so I know good hospitality, I can go on and on about this horrible experience, but I would never go back nor would I reccommmened this Place to my worst enemy .! You guys really need a whole new management staff !

Just leaving this location, where my husband, 5-year-old son and I had brunch. We were initially told there would be a 5 minute wait, it was over 20. Then we were brought back to a table that hadnt been bussed or cleaned and had to be brought to the area dividing the waiting area from the main dining area, were we were in everybodys way. We were seated and greeted instantly and the waitress was very nice. However we waited over 30 minutes for French toast and eggs, and my French toast came out burnt. We werent checked in again until the rest of my family was done with their meal, at which point I was asked if I wanted another. No thank you, another 30 minutes of waiting for overcooked food is not my idea of fun. I asked I have the French toast with strawberries and pancakes taken off of my meal, and the manager took off a whole $3 from a meal that cost $10. Somehow, if I came in and ordered just the French toast and fruit, I highly doubt it would only cost me $3. I get that you are busy, but if you cant produce decent food at that pace then you should at least show decent customer service for your errors. Needless to say, I am not a happy pregnant woman as I sit in the car for my drive home still hungry and in need of stopping on the way.

This is one of the best iHops, I feel bad to see all the negative reviews, despite if very courteous and knowledgeable staff, Manager lady is pretty amazing she explained how we can customize everything the way we like, she also gave us discount as we are large group, I think lot of other reviewers are like Donald Trump, who dont like other races or having racial problems or problems in particular with Latin community, its very sad when people review restaurant based on race of staff, well to my experience all the staff are very good, always smiling and knowledgeable, keep up the good work guys, please dont get discouraged with prejudicial reviewers.

The server was great very friendly .... the service was extremely slow and the place was nearly empty my table was not a clean as it could have been. When i questioned what was taking so long (the 1st time) it was obvious that the order was probably never placed another 15mins later when I asked again for an update .... on why it was taking 3 orders of scrambled eggs & pancKes almost 45mins when there were 8 people in the restaurant.... we left ... this was the 3rd time something along these lines have happened the 1st time I just walked out Friendly people awful service .... skip this place and head some where else

Horrible service. Called in for a take out order on 4 separate occasions. All times waited about 5 minutes just to place the order, asked how long was told 10 minutes. Got to the restaurant a little after 10 minutes food was still not ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Manager kept asking if I still havent got my order (obviously not if Im still standing here now do something more productive about and show your actually managing the place). Place was also really slow praticually no one dinning in. Will never go to this location ever again.

We waited 20 min to get seated at 1130am. The place was 1/4 full with 3 waitresss. Our waiter was half awake with a VERY wrinkled shirt. My sister asked for a hot tea with milk and he replied "you want hot milk?". He forgot what drink I ordered too. The French toast was raw and soggy in the middle and the almost 3 dollar side of bacon was 2 aneimic slices. What was supposed to have been a nice morning at the mall and breakfast with my sister, was destroyed by this meal. Too bad they dont have 1/2 star ratings.

Tried going for dinner.....the place was mostly empty yet the incompetent hostess insisted on trying to seat us next to a large family with kids. Totally ridiculous, nobody would choose to sit next to loud obnoxious kids when there is an entire restaurant full of empty tables. This was on Friday evening, the hostess has bad attitude and turned away customers and money the restaurant could have made, she does not deserve her job in the least bit.

My husband and I came in around 4pm, this location needs an overhaul. The booths have torn vinyl seats, chairs are chipped and scuffed, you dont want to lean back on them. Noticeable dirt and grime on the carpet, glass needs to be cleaned, you dont want to sit near them. Coffee pot was old and gross, needs to be replaced. Only 2 good things to say, silverware was clean and the pancakes were good. We have pictures to show the dirt.

Horrible!!!! They said it was a 10-15 minute wait....... get inside over 30 minutes later to find out they have no HASHBROWNS!!! All the soda is disgusting..... now have been siting for 40 minutes, appetizer never comes out and we finally get our dinner. I only gave one star because you have to put something. Dont come here and definitely dont wait to come here! !

The food and service was good. The atmosphere was horrible. There were two tables beside us that were really loud. One was a young child who was playing music very loud through an ipad. The other table was a group of guys that were talking loud because the kid was loud. I will not be going to this IHOP again to eat.

S L O W service. Place was nearly empty and we just ordered pancakes and quesadillas. Took nearly an hour from when we walked in the door and it was almost empty. Id hate to see what happens when its busy. Food finally came, it was Luke warm at best. Pancakes were hard and burnt. We walked out.
