I went here today as a lunch stop during my trip home. When we walked in, the large diner had really nice decorations and we were seated immediately at the counter. After a minute of settling into our seats, the nice waiter came over and said "sorry for the wait," which surprised me very much because we hadnt even been there for that long. After we ordered our drinks, my sister and I went to the bathroom which was also pretty classy. Some restaurants are nice, but dont pay too much attention to the quality of their restrooms, unlike this diner. They were clean and just the right size. For lunch, I ordered fish and chips which also came with a side salad. The kind waiter gave me my salad which was delishious and very nicely put together. Once my fish came out, I was awed by the presentation and taste of the dish. If you were to see what I had ordered on Pinterest, you would most likely assume that I had ordered it at an expensive restaurant on the beach. However, instead of being overly expensive, it was a reasonable price and extremely well made. The fish and fries were definetly home made and not heated out of the package because they had grease as if they had just been fried, but they were not so greasy like a cheap pizza. Along with the wonderful food comes the nice waiter that served us. Overall, I highly recommend this diner for their wonderful service, impeccable food, and fair price.

I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and an order of Chicken Tenders which came to an expensive $27 dollars. I brought it home and proceeded to take the order out of the bag. The entire bag was greasy and filled with oil. My mother and I inspected the salad, only to find that it was made with wilted lettuce, a couple pieces of chicken, and a bunch of oil. The oil was so potent that it soaked the chicken tenders order. I called the 84 Diner hoping to rectify the situation. The lady there proposed to me that she had put Caesar dressing on the salad, but it is not what we received and I remained firm in my position. The lady said that she would get me a manager. This is the part where I got incredibly mad, because the owner and manger came on the phone...said my phone was breaking up and to call him back (keep in mind that no one else who I had spoken with had any problem hearing me and I have a brand new iPhone 7 that was currently connected to WiFi in my house). I proceeded to call back, he picked up the phone, IMMEDIATELY said that he couldnt hear me and hung up. Repeat of this 3x, before I finally got so fed up, I refuse to come here again, because CLEARLY this location cares more about the money they make, than answering for its mistakes or to its upset customers. Ill give them a tip since I am too, in the food business, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY--WITHOUT THEM YOU ARE NOTHING.

Disappointed! Every so often, we order (take out) their Bison burger, rare and medium rare, on a hard roll with crispy fries. When done correctly, they are delicious. The problem is that for the last 6-7 times, the burgers have been way over cooked, missing the bacon on my husbands burger, wrong bun/roll, and/or soggy fries. Today was no exception. Todays burgers were well done, with a very small hint of pale pink, no juices whatever. Again today, the burgers were on a soft burger bun with sesame seeds on top, although I had asked the order taker to verify that they had the hard rolls. I was reassured that they did. In addition, I am not sure that we were given Bison burgers either. They tasted different, and sweet, not at all like the Bison burgers weve eaten in the past. The one plus is that the fries were crispy and tasty. We are searching for a new place to get our take out Bison burgers.

For a diner, there was about two vegetarian options. I had went with a vegetable quesadilla. It was extremely greasy and not very flavorful at all. The waitress was so pushy in the begining not leaving us alone until we ordered, checking on us every two minutes until we did. She immediately came up to us when we sat down and asked what we would like to drink. Apparently we didnt answer in time for her because she said Ill get you some waters and walked off. We were never checked on by her again after our food came out and never asked again if we wanted refills or something else to drink. I would not come back again.

It was average food. Didnt taste that great and prices were on the higher side. Overpriced for what it is. Might as well go to a real restaurant. Could have gone to the texas road house with better and more food. There were no leftovers since servings were skimpy. $6 carrot cake tasted rather disgusting. Small chicken pot pie for $15? There are definitely better diners out there. Waitress was rather rude as well. Grumpy, older lady. Seems most of the crowd are older people. She was overly nice to other people of her age, but rather rude and cranky to us in our 30s. I would never go back personally.

The waiter I had seemed really pushy & a pinch inpatient. He seemed to have all the patience in the world for my friend. I felt rushed to figure out what I wanted because he kept asking what I wanted even though i barely looked over the menu. Then when I told him that I was going to be fine with my soda because I wasnt very hungry, he tried making suggestions on what to have. Then I felt like I had no choice but to order. Food wasnt to bad. Only reason why I put 2 stars instead of 1 star.

My family and I have eaten dinner here for 4 nights in a row while we stayed in town, and the food here is delicious! Friendly servers made our experience here even more delightful. With a bakery in house you can expect the bread served and cookies along with EVERY baked good to be AMAZING. Burgers are to die for and anything else that you see in their endless menu. Great for families!

Food was fast and great. Wait staff courteous and polite. However, the owner and another man were talking loudly in Greek at a table by the main door and using foul language. I guess if you do not understand Greek it isnt a big deal, but if you do... I hope the wait staff do not have to work with those men directly. The place was clean and well lit.

The staff is extremely pleasant and they have a wife variety of food to please anyone. The cannot pancakes are superb and so HIGHLY them. The kids food comes out in this really cute cardboard car and keeps them entertained. Ive never had a bad experience. Our waitress knows what we want when we sit and is super attentive, especially to the kids.
