I go to this diner alot. However the "quality" has gone down hill. Soggy sandwiches, no great breakfast selection (no chocolate chip pancakes, really?!). There is one server in there who in fact should not ve a server. The staff wears their hair down! Thats just gross. I will say the soups are good, but if your looking for dirty place, spoiled food and high prices- go here.

Waitress is very slow and is not very professional we sat for 15 minutes without menus and almost 1/2 hour before she took our order and at the time when we sat we were the only ones there. Food is good but very slow to come out of the kitchen so because of both these reasons we will not go back again we gave 2 tries

Ballston Spa needs this hometown diner! Food was good, service good, no complaints! We have been there during the busiest times and we were still taken care of within a reasonable amount of time! Even when place was full the wait was minimal. Wish they would be open for dinner!

Absolutely amazing food everything is fresh made nothing frozen excellent quality big portions good prices and the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was like you were at home w your own family my wife and I will definitely be back this just may be my new favorite place

Cold food, rather soggy. Wasnt busy at that time either. Flat soda. Service was polite but experience was poor. Doesnt compete with nearby diners. Not willing to try again unfortunatley.
