If you like when your waitress touching your food with their dirty hands go here If you also like when the Bussiness has a health department lisence but still dont follow kitchen protocol and first aid protocol then eat here . Ive experienced watching the boss get a complaint from a certified health depearent worker that was eating as a customer , about touching fruit with no gloves or clean hands and he brushed it off , so if you want to get sick eat here Worst experience here because workers dont know professionalism or health code violations so please eat here so you can godforbid expose your family to a blood borne pathogen disease from the boss Ive made a complaint about him putting a bandaid on his bloody cut before walking into the kitchen and he ignored me Also if you like getting jipped by the waitresses eat here they like to charge 16.00 -20.00 tips for parties of 5 .

They say one bad apple spoiled a bunch, at the silver moon dinner the food is great and the waffles are my favorite but sadly I cant say the same about the service from the host there. Baadddddd host. I drove from work to go have early lunch which is about a 15 minute drive as I walked in I ask the greeter if I can sit at a booth cause I had some paperwork to do and since I was by myself he replied that do to the busy weekend he cant offer me a booth alone. For your information at the time of my visit there was about 5 booths empty at the time. Good luck because with employees like that business goes down .... Off to McDonalds I go , thank you silver moon

Another of my local hot spots to eat. I try to support my local businesses and if they are good, I want them to stay in business. I ate here multiple times. Great experience. Staff is busy and friendly. Food is good. Sitting here brings some nostalgia back. I would continue to go and recommend to all who want a quick bite and then youre on your way before you know it.

Went for a light dinner today, wanted eggs sausage and potatoes. Eggs were good cant really mess that up, sausage had a bad smell when you cut them open I didnt eat them and they gave me fries instead of the potatoes, after the smell of the sausages I lost my appetite. I wanted to have a waffle sundae but didnt want to take the chance. Not interested in returning.

Service is poor because they are always busy, foid comes out fast but the cooks arent the best. They spent alot of money on rerenovations but spent nothing on the technology. No POS system, just an in a hurry waitress hand writing checks that you cant understand except for the bottom line, which the math is always wrong. Someone teach them NYS sales tax is 8.875%

I placed an order for delivery after almost 2 hrs and 2 phone calls I decided to pick up the food. When I got there it was 30 min before I got my food. (Highly dissatisfied) when I return to my job w all the food (5 orders all were wrong ) not to mention I was missing an order. The service and food was horrible I will never order food from there again!!!!

The food is dependable.which is what I look for in a diner. Breakfast is my favorite meal here. The blueberry pancakes are awesome, and the eggs are always done to perfection. Good coffee, too. Service depends on who is working that day. Avoid Mondays, as the best servers have that day off!

I used to live around the corner from this spot, and it used to have decent food, but management changed, and so did work ethic. Not once did they deliver food, even though it was advertised on the menus, and half the items on the menu werent available!

I really enjoyed my time here the prices were amazing I got an order of zucchini sticks with marinara sauce and a spinach pie with a soup and salad for a low price of $20.60!!! If Im in the area any time within the next week Ill definitely come back!!

Amazing coffee, great service, delicious food. The owner, Chris, cares and does everything with a lot of heart. I had a great breakfast that reminded me of the times I spent with my family and grandfather having our weekend diner mornings.

Pretty standard diner fare but poor service. 4 adults and a toddler in a 75% full restaurant and it took us half an hour to get water and coffee. The staff was inattentive and somewhat dismissive. Not the greatest experience.
