We went to this Red Lobster the Saturday before Valentines Day. They sent us to an area in the back that I guess they made to handle the surplus of people that were coming for Valentines Day on Monday. They placed us on a SMALL circular WOBBLY patio table covered with a red plastic table cover and fold able chairs, the kind you use for barbecues in the backyard. IT WAS SO TACKY GHETTO and not comfortable!!! When we asked her if we could sit somewhere else she said, "No that is all we have." THIS WAS A LIE. The restaurant was EMPTY and we saw plenty of empty COMFORTABLE 2 seated tables available. When she told us that we walked up and left and went to Olive Garden. I would understand that they do this ON VALENTINES DAY when they get a lot of people coming in and if they put a sign in the front telling customers of their new crappy decor BUT this was the Saturday before and the place was empty so there was no reason for them not giving us another regular table. What is even more funny is when we ate at Olive Garden we heard the couple behind us complaining to the waiter how they had also left Red Lobster because of the crappy table and chairs. How funny is that?!

This location was recommended to me and I regret going with the suggestion. I went with a party of 6 and this location failed on All Points service, food, everything. There were people in my party that wanted me to cut our server a break. But when he almost put his sleeve in my plate reaching over to me pick( instead of going around the table) up a plate and then asking my 84 year old mother to pass down her plate,I lost it. But he wasnt the only problem 2/3 of party food was cold, sodas were flat and when complained about the ginger ale was told that they ran out of a ginger ale, so they were pumping straight seltzer. It was pointed out to me that all the servers were bussing their tables, there was no bus boys so maybe our server was being overworked I highly recommend trying another location for a while until they could get the problem worked out in Secaucus

Very bad customer service. They told us to wait 20 minutes and 50 minutes after I approach the front service to ask why the delay. They said that we were called and we never left the place. After waiting for a long time the server took our order and then came back 10 minutes after saying that the order that we made could not be served to us because it was Friday and they only serve it from Monday to Thursday. I called a manager and she did nothing. Basically she apologize for the delay and for the miscommunication of the server. She did not even try to accommodate us nor try to compensate their Horrible service.

First the good thing. The Server was very kind. But thats already everything. When we came in there was a sour smell in the air and also the floor was kind of sticky. The menu we recieved had pages sticking to eachother. To the food we recieved. The morzarella sticks were already hard again as we recieved them. The rare meat we ordered was more medium-welldone. The lobster and chicken were both dried out. After taking a closer look at why everything seemed to go wrong we saw that there was only one server per 10 tables which resulted the food being beneath the warming lamp forever. Sadly a very bad expirience.

I called to place a pick up order with Katherine C. I ordered an Ultimate Feast on Mothers Day. Went to pick up my food and took it home. I sat down to eat my food and behold NO CRAB LEGS on my plate. Then on top of that NO Salad, which suppose to come with my food. To make matters worse my biscuits was cold. SMH... So i called to let them know of the mistake and was told to come back to get my crab legs and salad. You would think that they would have adjusted my bill or gave me a complimentary plate or something. (Nothing) all i got was the manager will call you. I am still waiting for the call.

I went in tonight (Saturday evening) and sat at the bar by myself. It wasnt crowded at all only 2 other people sitting at the bar and I ordered a drink, a soup, and a dinner for myself. The bartender did not ask if it was for take out which it wasnt. So Im sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes and I finally asked where my soup was and he then admitted he assumed it was for take out. After sitting there for about a half hour frustrated I decided to walk out. I think that kid had to be an idiot to assume a single person sitting at the bar is ordering take out. Extremely poor service!!!!

“Our Second Red Lobster” Questa recensione è stata tradotta dallinglese con traduttore automatico Info Mostra traduzioni automaticheSì No After we tried Time Squares Red Lobster we looked for this other Red lobster close to our hotel. I must say it was a bit difficult to find, but we wanted it and we found it. It confirm all good food we already had in the other restaurant of the chain. Very tasty garlic shrimps and Mahi mahi. Unfogettable the roasted Maine lobster with crabmeat. Very glad of the draught beer (Miller if I remember well)

Frozen chicken cutlets, is one thing but to clearly reheat them in the microwave to where it was completely inedible, is unacceptable. Our waitress was very attentive and it was clear that she was writing and repeating our order. It is a shame when the kitchen staff lack attention to detail, they had to make a new order which took forever. I also had asked for extra sauce and they seemed to have overlooked that as well. This was just last night, Sunday 1/31/16 & no the restaurant was not busy at all. Fyi...the carpeting was filthy.

I went on sat at 10 pm our waittress took the order and it took way too long for the salad and biscuits to come out. The biscuits was cold as ever so we had to send back for hot ones. Our food order finally came out "Ultimate feast" again cold crab legs, cold fried shrimp, cold lobster tail. I was so hungry i just ate it. Oh and i ordered a bahama mama to come out when my food came and of course on purpose i wait until im mid wsy thru my meal and ask what happened to my drink. That came qicker then the food.

We went to Red Lobster on Tuesday night for the $14.99 unlimted shrimp. The experience is bad. The shrimp and rice are too too too salty. The service is terrible. Nobody added water for us and nobody ever took an empty plate away. No service at all.....For the unlimited shrimp, you have to wait for ever. Before you go there, make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your food, otherwise dont try their unlimited shrimp. We ended up just one plate of shrimp, no more time to wait.

Pedimos um combinado de camarões (3 tipos) e lagostas, num prato muito maior do que havíamos imaginado e mesmo tomando refrigerantes, pedindo sobremesa, a conta não passou de 32 doletas, o que achamos bem razoável! Recomendamos!
