I went to Panera for dinner and it was a mixed bag. I loved the decor changes and as always the ambiance was spot on. The problems occurred when it came to service. As a former employee I am familiar with the standards of speed and quality when it comes down to food and unfortunately, it was disappointing, For the complete order to be done, it took about 10 minutes. I understand how difficult it can be to make the food at busy times but at the time I went it was certainly not busy. They kinda clanked my food on the service area and the soup had spilled all over. I must say disappointing for my Alma matter that usually holds such an esteemed position in our community,

While multimedia is promoting the sensationalized decline of mass culture into savage barbarism, this company is contributing to this dangerous trend by the display of animalistic devouring of food. Panera food products are unsuitable for real human or domestic pet consumption and Panera brand media represents freakish behavior and mutations of decency. The inferior quality of this brand and the circus-like atmosphere at their locations is a blatant insult to the food industry as well as the aspirations of human evolution. We will pursue efforts against this disgusting form of advertising as a threat to public well-being.

I purchased a baguette with my order and they didnt give me it with my order. when I went back to get it the employee dealing with food requested a sliced baguette from her manager Diana who sort of smirked and laughed at the request with her employee (like they knew they didnt give me part of my order) which was strange... if finding a hair in the baguette wasnt one of the only things that happened, i spoke to another customer who seemed to have a similar issue with service. they forgot to give him his juice for his daughter. this isnt the first, second nor 3rd time this happened. management is rude and unprofessional.

I went to eat here with my mom around 9:30 pm couple of days ago, at 9:45 pm we were almost done when the cleaning lady stated vacuuming next to us while we were still eating, it was very noisy. She clearly wanted us to leave, the manager saw this and said nothing, not even sure if she told her to do it. This made my mom upset, I was going to say something but my mom doesnt like drama so we just left. Never going to Panera Bread again, they no respect for costumers.

I went today at 4:00 to get something to eat and drink. I would have used the kiosk but there was only one couple in line. There was also also only one person taking orders. The couple couldnt decide what they wanted. I watched as someone else ordered using the kiosk. By the time I got to the order person there were 5 people in line. At that point I only ordered a drink. Btw, the kiosk orderer was still waiting for his order when I got my drink and left.

We bought for takeout 3 Asian salads with chicken--we requested peanut sauce for each salad, and unfortunately we did not get any and didnt realize it till we got home. I called the Fair Lawn NJ store and after explaining to the manager what my complaint was, he recredited me as a solution--I was quite satisfied with that generous gesture, which keeps our family returning to Panera as frequent shoppers!! Very nice, fast and professional service. I mistakenly placed an on-line order for the wrong day so when I rushed to Panera there was no order to pick up. Manager had it prepared in couple minutes. Told me that it is ok, you get your order, go home and call us regarding if it was placed. After I arrived home with my order, I saw that it was my mistake. Thank you Fair Lawn Panera for the service and care!

Im currently here and very disappointed with the cleanlines. I think there should be someone going around the dining area cleaning every 15 minutes to ensure that the tops of the tables, chairs, and floors are clean at all times. No one should have to come in here and clean their own table and chairs before they eat! As far as their good no complaints.

Went to order iced caramel latte & capuccino with my wife for a quick evening pick up. Placed the order on the fast lane (as I typically do at the Wayne location). 20 minutes later, the order was done but they forgot to put whipped cream & caramel? My wifes capuccino meanwhile didnt have milk foam & had an after taste. Overall, service was very slow.

Unfriendly staff. Some condiments out of stock. And when you tell the employees they are missing a key condiment that you need they dont show any care. Its almost like youre bothering them with unimportant detail for them. Very disappointed!!! I go to many panera breads and have never had an issue until here.

Good place for quick bite, soups are good, sandwiches and bakery is great too. Not suitable for full lunch or dinner though. It is quite clean inside, but the tables are cleaned not frequently so you can see them for a while. Tea selection is better than usual. The parking is available all the time.

Even early in the morning there are issues with getting counter help. Not good for souffles. Everyone made there is seriously over done or out right burned. Last Saturday morning we were the only customers and the staff was more concerned about their chores than helping a customer so we left.

This location is hit or miss. Some days my experience is great and other times Im forced to write a complaint. I will say the new kiosks have helped make my last few visits a lot better, but there is still room for improvement as far as customer service and cleanliness goes.

Ive always had a good experience here. The service is quick and efficient. The space is very clean and well taken care of. Panera bread does a good job keeping their places standardized with the same great food and service. The employees are friendly as well.

The food is great but the employees who clean are disgusting because they clean the tables in front of you with a dirty broom! That is so gross why couldnt they grab a cloth and wipe the table. Im so disappointed!!!

Great place for a bite to eat. Friendly staff! There most Tuesday mornings for Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary meetings and I look forward to spending the hour there with a great group of people in a relaxed atmosphere.

Constantly eating here with my girlfriend and we love it. The broccoli cheddar soup is amazing, and the fast kiosks make ordering quick and easy. They also now bring the food to you, which is pretty cool.
