Typically, I really like Panera Bread. The food is of good quality and taste; the offerings are varied and seasonal. Unfortunately, this particular branch does not have adequate service to accommodate its patrons. During busier hours, the line and wait clearly overwhelms the staff, leaving customers frustrated and impatient. This contributes to errors in the orders, as well, leading to more frustrations. This also is not the cleanest of branches. The floors and tables cant be bussed and turned around fast enough, leaving the restaurant feeling messy. On several occasions, cutlery received has not been thoroughly cleaned, with lipstick strains and food left on the "clean" pieces delivered to waiting customers. Again, the food - when served promptly and with the correct order - is great. The service and atmosphere leave much to be improved upon.

3/3 orders placed using the app at this location were wrong. 1. Did not add spinach (ok it happens) 2. Did not add the avocado I paid for. 3. Forgot the CHICKEN on my CHICKEN cobb salad. How do you forget chicken? I work close to this location and the Paramus one, I only go here out of necessity when on the way. I have been to the Paramus one a few dozen times now and every time my order is correct. No tot mention the Paramus one gives you more bang for the buck. Hard to believe the difference can be so drastic.

Had a pretty terrible experience here on a Sunday morning ....they were out of many bagel options they took order for things they did not have and came back to request we change orders . The staff is poor at handling volume only one person at the counter taking orders when the line is long and other staff who were supposed to man counters hanging around. They could not even refund my money back on the card where I charged it on

The food is always good however I was very upset to see a customer come in with a small dog in her bag. It was not a service dog that I could tell. There are places that a dog can go to but I dont feel a place where there is food available is one of those places. It bothered me that no one came up to her to ask her to leave with her pet.

I personally like spinach and bacon souffles at Panera. When I stopped in a 9 AM at this Panera, I have no idea what happened, they did not taste the best. I dont know what happened today. Usually at this location, souffles taste the best when I stop in at 6 or 7 something AM, or when it is fresh out of the oven.

Panera is a nice standby for a fast and healthy meal (if you plan it right). This location also recently upgraded to this new delivery system. If you put the chip they give you on the table youre sitting at (over the table number), itll tell the staff where you are and theyll bring you your food. Neat, right?!

Always enjoy Panera. I was a little discouraged by the long time so I tried the kiosk system! I would totally recommended. I left the line, entered my order and paid and took a buzzer to my table. I though I would need to leave my seat to get my food but they brought it to me! Two thumbs up!

I go to Paneras a lot for work since I drive for my job. My only gripe here is really with the morning crew. They always get my order wrong in some way, the woman who works at the counter just irks me in her attitude, and Im just never satisfied when I leave.

Usually a wait. No GF alternatives but some GF options. Food is always consistent and tastes as expected. The location is a hot spot for small group meetings, wifi, and business encounters. Service is friendly. The tables are always clean.

The food and service is like any other panera. But the staff is extremely unhelpful and had no knowledge of the menu. I am allergic to egg and mayo and asked about a sandwich. The cashier was ESL and didnt have any knowledge of the menu.

Panera bread.has updated all stores reflecting new improved .menus and new prices. Much improved. Now they need to educate a responsible person at checkout lines so they move faster. GOOD LUCK good food and consistent.

They may have order online, to-go and a regular line, drive thrus probably makes more sales. Also, they need sunlit outdoor seating, had to sit on the curb for a true summery lunch experience at Panera Bread Ramsey.

This one is always busy, but the order kiosks make it easy to bypass the line. There a nice spot in the back corner with all windows, that is last to get crowded if you like a quiet meal.
