Threw up in my plate from bad food soon after I bit into a burger. Sadly we ate some fries that couldve contributed to it as well. I thought the oil it was cooked in tasted strange even with ketchup. How incredibly embarrassing for people to see vomit! Had diarrhea since last night & so does my boyfriend. He is ill & vomited twice. We immediately took nexium & tums but still cannot eat today. Food poisoning is horrible. Spoiled cheese that smelled so rancid! My boyfriend ate half his burger because he smothered it in ketchup but upon swallowing it came right up. No help from a manager who refused to give her last name. She wouldnt smell the cheese or let me see if it was expired in the kitchen. She said to give her a minute & shed come back to speak with us. We had to find her after 15 mins of our stomachs churning & belching because we could no longer wait & feared vomiting again. We had to go find her around the place & she was at the bar. I told her she was incompetent & could not care if we drop dead in front of customers. Called corporate instantly on my cell phone outside with no return call & we ran home to puke. Thank God for two bathrooms at home! Called again today to file a complaint. Something even more disturbing to report; as i was leaving a child also got sick from spoiled cheese on her macaroni & cheese plate. Whats the chances of that happening? What is wrong with this place? What happened? I recommend no one eat there for those reasons. This one star is for the awesome waitress who is Bahamian born who tried so hard to help us. She sought help from her manager to no avail. She couldnt apologize enough & brought us water & napkins. Totally disgusted. We better get a response from corporate soon or this goes to the community newspaper of Bayonne, NJ. Well pay for a full page ad & report this on all social media just to make sure no one goes there! Still so nauseous. Its ginger ale, broth & clear fluids all because of a meal that got us sick.

Third time I go there steaks are awsome.. how ever i ordered chicken buchetta which Ive had before. However this time the dish color black full of balsamic vinagrette. Waiter told me thats how the dish is supposed to be dark full of balsamic vinagrette. The dish didnt even look like the picture in the menu. looks like the cooks are not following the protocol on how to prepare the dish and they just add as much as whatever they want. Last time I went there on a slow day waitress brought me a hamburger 1/2 hour later bottom part soaked in water (looks like they didnt dry the plate before serving) and my wifes food was cold. I had to wait 10 min for she came back to tell her what was going on. The amazing part is that she came back with a not very friendly face with a new burger. I still gave her 20% Tips. I will never go back to that friday.. DO youself a favor and just go to Houlahans...Food quality is ten times better.. From a guy how like dining out alot.

Ok I have been to a lot of Fridays this is my least favorite one. We have been there three time & everytime its been a bad experience. I believe in the 3 strikes youre out policy. Everytime weve gone the food was cold, the waiter isnt as friendly and it takes forever to get a refill. My last visit my chicken was under cooked, my plate looked like the chef was in a rush cuz it was sloppy & my son had to wait for 10 mins for Apple juice (my son is 5)!!!!! Also god forbid you try to go on the weekends after 5, the wait is ridiculous one time we got turned away cuz the wait was an hr & a half & it was only 5. I love Fridays & the best one is on Rt.17 in woodridge, nj. The waiters are so attentive that they give you refills on fountain w/o asking, the food is always perfect & you can even reserve a table over the phone which this one doesnt do.

So I came from Boston to visit my family and decided to go to this restaurant.I must say I had the worse experience I have ever had at a Fridays. I ordered a jack Daniels burger it had no jack Daniels sauce (which it obviously should have). My wife ordered steak and salmon and the salmon never came with her meal until after 15mins of her having the meal. Then it came super dry. I ordered my burger medium and it came out burned. It took forever to get our food. The waiters were very very bad. A lot of flirting with each other as I was walking out there was a big huge guy blocking the way out because he was massaging a female. I mean it was the worse experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. I basically donated $80 to this establishment. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORSE!!!!!!

So it was my birthday on Sat and it snowed. Figured I might visit my cool places for some nice dinner and treat myself. Worst decision! The place barely had any people but that didnt mean anything to me. We asked for the BBQ wings appetizers. Those things were cold and the sauce was cold but the plate was warm. Seemed like it just sat there waiting for the next customer. Then came dinner. I dont say this a lot but I could have made better food at home. The rib eye was supposed to be medium well but tasted like charcoal. It was NOT seasoned at all. No seasoning!!!!! not even salt!!!!. How do you even eat that?? I should have just stayed at home and saved my 80$$. I ended up bringing my meal home and seasoning it myself. You can bet we are never coming back to this place again. Totally ruined my birthday!

This place is honestly unbelievable! The food here was delicious compared to others i have visited and the service just now was impeccable. My 12 year old daughter had also ordered the Jack daniels chicken and didnt like it not because it wasnt good but because shes picky about certain things that she eats and upon my wife just mentioning to our server that my picky daughter did not like her meal the manager named vinny immediately came to our table and advised us that my daughters meal would be taken off of our bill AND he included that we would also NOT be charged for the desert which my daughter did happen to love. Lol i would recommend this place to anyone and it is a great place for a family to come and spend some family time.

Worst service ever in my life , Maria were our server she forgot about our app then she over charged us for extra app while we ordered the endless one , we were 4 ppl 2 of our food came first witch is steak and lobster and the chicken came 40 mins after endless app were always 30 mins late witch is the boneless wings !! Extra items on the check and she always forgets about silver wear and when we order the brownie obsession it came 40 mins after and she gave us plastic silverware , I had to order the check 6 times from here and after 15 mins she was like oh can I get u anything else !! , I will never In my life step my foot at that place again
