Went here this morning for coffee. Ordered an iced fuel. Got to my appt. And took a drink and got a mouthful of grounds...in my espresso drink. As well as it tasting burnt. Went back after my appt and asked to have it remade. The girl dumps it out, with the grounds now covering the bottom. She says"did you take them out, cus I dont see any grounds" and then remakes the drink, spills about an inch off the top, says whoops, throws some more ice in, looks at the bottom, stirs it, and hands it to me. Started to leave and looked at the bottom, and again, visible grounds.I go back and ask for my money back after showing her. She promptly calls out "thanks for being a hitch"as I leave. Pretty much just appalled.

Went to this location for the second time, and had the most terrible experience I have had in Portland so far. The girl who took my order could barely hear me over the loud music blasting from inside, and she had to ask me over and over what I wanted. The drinks werent even good, and the order was very simple. It was as if she couldnt be bothered to make them correctly. And I was over charged. All around poor experience - I will stick with Dutch Brothers!!

I go to this one often and am always nice to everyone. The new girls who work this specific location are lazy and rude. I had a simple transaction and they messed it up. I came to talk about it two days later as my money was not returned and got attitude from this same blonde little girl who does her makeup way too heavy. Sorry no, and whats worse is that theres no phone number to call. Ive been in customer service for over 10 years get it together black rock.

I hit this place up any time I swing into town. Not only is their coffee the best (Big fan of an iced FUEL), but they have a very friendly staff that never fail to hand out a treat to my Newfie and two Border Collies that join me when I run errands. You really cant go wrong here.

I go here before work in the mornings. Tammy and Jessica are the best!! So friendly and outgoing, and when they see me drive into the parking lot they start making my drink. Love those girls, they make my mornings! Keep it up!!

The best place to go to for real good coffee, me and my sister go here everyday, the oreo chillers are good and the real treat is the good italian soda, will definitly come back some more, very tasty and good at the same time!

This location is a hit or miss. Some of the girls are rude. My husband ordered a coffee today with no cream, and he received one with cream. His request was ignored! Milk will make him sick. Total waste!!
