Thought wed have a late night snack while on the highway and chose Krystal on Cleveland Ave what a mistake. Cashier had an attitude and acted as if we were irritating her before even ordering and constantly spoke into the micophone while handling other customers no kind of customer service even though we were polite. In the end we decided to drive off and not order anything. If this is what pays your bills at the time at least treat people fair when dealing with them it was 4am on a Sunday parking lot was filthy

OMG where should I begin with this Krystal when you visited Krystals prepared to spend the night it is almost like youre at a circus I thought Chris is supposed to be hot and ready to serve my crystals were hard and Messing chili pubs it was cold and hard my French fries were cold I tried to take my food back but Im afraid that gave me the same thing you right back never visit is Crystal the bathroom was nasty outside of the Krystals was nasty nasty nasty nasty never visit

The service was extremely slow and when I finally got to the window to wait for the food they asked me to pull forward. I said no. If I have to be inconvenienced by the people in line in front of me they can lose business on people behind me. Never coming back to any krystals. Going to publish on my facebook, 2500 following, twitter 3000 following never to eat at a krystals.

I took one bite from my fries and immediately got sick on the stomach. I literally vomited all over my vehicle and myself. I had no time to make it to the restroom or to open the car door. Ill never return there. Afterwards, I learned that this happened to someone else I know and another friend stated that she found a roach in her drink.

Food sucks I got the scramble Combo the gritss was water down it suppose to come with two and two slices of cheese minds came with one egg and it looked like a half of cheese I called 7 time but no answer and they wasnt busy at all please check your food before leaving

Service was slow.. Customer service needs training and they seem to lock doors early for a Friday night.. The area seems questionable so that may be the cause.. Ill be skipping that exit from now on.. the area in whole just didnt vibe well with me..

The breakfast is decent, however, at the Cleveland Ave store its very uncomfortable going through the drive thru because theres beggers by the window and the workers dont seem to care, there begging customers for money as you pay for your order.

Open 24 hours 7 days a week. Has been in the neighborhood since the 80s. And still have pretty good food selection. But the service could be greater if enough people were staffed for each shift.
