This Five Guys has an above average wait time (there are free peanuts to help you pass the time), medium level prices, good service and a great environment/atmosphere. The food is absolutely fantastic, yet very greasy - although if you like greasy food, that may be a good thing. There is a warning I must give you - the amount of fries they give you is tremendous. A small is enough for 1-2 people, a medium is enough for a family of 3-4 people, and a large is enough for a small social gathering of 5-6 people. Overall, this Five Guys is one tier above a traditional fast food place. If youre willing to spend a little extra time and money here, youll get an experience that surpasses anything you could ever get from the McDonalds, Burger King, Smashburger and Wendys that are all in the local area.

If you have been to other Five Guys, then you know what to expect. If not, its worth a try. Their prices are competitive with the big chains, and you get much better food. But the eating areas are often filthy and the customers who do eat in these conditions get loud and rowdy more often than not. The wait can be over 10 minutes. Like at other Five Guys, the way burgers are made and packed makes the buns get super get soggy if you dont eat them right away, and they put way too much salt on otherwise excellent fries.

Id rather drive to a Five Guys in different state than go to the Five Guys in Mohegan Lake. Ive attempted to eat at this location several times and for some reason the door is always locked before the closing time which is 10:00pm Mon-Fri. During my last attempted visit, it was about 9:30pm and as I was reaching for the door, one of the employees pulled the door shut before I could grab the handle and locked it right in front of me. Lazy employees are bad for business. Ill be eating at Smash Burger from now on.

Must be a great place to work... loud music to enjoy and comfortable working temp at hot grills. Meanwhile customers are literally shivering dressed for hot summer days then entering an icebox to eat. Shut the vents at seating area to force more cool air to a/c vents above grills. Poor and inconsiderate management at all levels. Otherwise we love it there, but its over bc of artic inconsideration. Let me know if u fix it and ill retract this review and come back.

I enjoy their food and fries, even if they are overpriced. Their soda machine is cool! I love that you can easily build your own burger, even if it does mean that the burger is $10. Their fries and the spice on them is awesome. Hardly ever a line and only a short wait because they are cooking food. It would be nice to have table servive, but i totally understand this is a fast food joint!

Great food and amazing service. Every single employee at this Five Guys is very professional and courteous. Sure the prices might be a tad high, comparing to McDs or BK, but the quality of the food definitely blows them out of the water. Ive never been disappointed coming to the Mohegan Lake Five Guys. Top notch.

YUM! Gotta love Five Guys. The quality of food here is just as good as the food Ive eaten at other locations of the Five Guys chain. Ive also experienced nothing but great customer service here. Highly recommend.

Its a higher end burger joint. Far better than the fast food joints like McDonalds, but without Shake Shacks hipster attitude. Bring a sweater, as the dining area is always excessively air-conditioned.
