Guys, food here is awe full. Disgusting might be the right word. I ordered a few Indian-Style Chinese delicacies and I was left with no option but to trash em. I am not a kind of guy who would trash away food. But the only just treatment that I could have one with the food was to throw it away. This used to be a good place. It seems that all the success got to their heads. The prices seem to going up and the quality and the quantity is taking a dip-down. I would never ever write such a review for anyone but I just dont want any of you guys out there to go there UN-informed and finally land up wasting money and time. In an economic climate like todays where every penny counts, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY by dining at this place. Again, my review is solely based on my personal experience that I had on ordering and trying a few vegetarian Indian style Chinese delicacies. This is not to discourage anyone from going and dining at Spice Grill. Just be aware and use your judgment. People learn from their mistake. You learn from mine. BTW, it has happened in the past that I asked them if they mix eggs in the dough that they prepare for Naans and they said no. This one time I got to talk to their chef and asked him the same question and his answer was: OF COURSE WE DO. Be aware guys.

guys..dont plan to be in this place on new year eve or any other occasion.they donot have enough staff or the ones who exist is not trained well enough to be serve the customers.you will not see any problem being seated or someone taking yours orders..when you feel you are waiting for more than 45 minutes, you will start thinking that you are not being served the food and if scan out the other tables, you will notice there will be a bunch like you long awaiting for a simple soup or appetitzer..We got 50% of the ordered items after 1 hr,and the rest we cancelled and it dint bother them. They will be very generous not to bill the food they served that you didnot order to cover up. We really didnot find this place interesting nor we recommend this place for people who like to have a decent grub within reasonable wait time. They are not better than any other restaurant too interms of taste.

“Average Indian food..!! Got kabab platter, whatever rest over from lunch buffet...” Yes, I heard about it a lot and my visit was not that satisfactory. first, they gave us corner seats and I can see a lot of tables were quite empty. The server was not that enthusiastic to serve us. and one big tall messy bulky guy was serving people like serving in Marriage BHOJ. we ordered Kabab platter in appetizers and I had been to their lunch buffet and I can tell you, it is nothing different from that(Might be left over from Lunch buffet). not much option in chicken entrees, ordered chicken black pepper and it was full of black pepper, even after reminding them, they did not bother to change it (typical Indian rest attitude) The manager was courteous enough to ask us to pack the rest over food. The food was not bad, but yeah it was not that good. So average..!!

Went to eat for lunch on a Monday at around 11:40 am, and I was the first one there. I was able to get a fresh basket of naan, which was good! They had a pretty good spread of food, mostly Indian dishes (duh) but also two Asian ones as well (Chinese Chili Chicken and Chinese Chili Eggplant I believe). The taste on everything was OK, but below what Id expect for Indian cuisine, usually it has many spices and complex flavors. The meat was pretty tender and moist though. Also, they charged me 10.95 + tax for a weekday lunch buffet, so Im inclined to say that the prices online arent right. While the service was good and it was very clean, in the end, Id rather go to West Philly for an Indian buffet, its cheaper and better!

I am a great fan of Indian style Chinese food and and this WAS a place I used to enjoy. I placed an order for takeout tonight (Vegetable Manchurian with Gravy and Vegetarian Hakka Noodles), and I have to say that this was the WORST food I have ever tasted. I had been noticing their lack of cooking skills for past 2-3 times I had been there but I just overlooked it. But today it was low to the level of shame. The food seemed like a left over from a day ago or something. I would not RECOMMEND anybody to go to this place from now on. Mr. Chauhan (The owner of this place), your food has gone from Good to bad to something I usually wouldnt compare food with. Please do something about it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I was here 2 days back, I had a dinner buffet the items were very less. They charged me $18.36 per buffet. Which was ridiculous., i was totally disappointed the food was not great. They had only one desert, one chicken apetizer, chiken tikka masala, goat curry in non veg menu. No biryani no other apeteizers nothing... for such a small menu they charged 18.36 when you walkin look at the buffet, ask how much is it and then take a call. I asked the server why are you charging so high, the answer he gave was because of goat curry which doesnt make sense. They are the worst people in the business, they dont give the best food we deserve for every penny. WORST WORST WORST FOOD ...

They always tend to seat Indian people in the side area or back room. Not sure if that is there marketing strategy or simple stupidness. This valentines when an Indian couple was waiting there for 30 minutes .. one of the waiters gave a white couple a free pass who were behind and on questioning acted rude and arrogant with the sweet Indian couple who finally decided to leave. Me being human have decided to not go to this place anymore and anyone who is not a racist and is against racism should not go to this place or atleast Spice Grill should realize there mistake and treat everyone equally!

I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Went their with friends and family for dinner. Took the buffet and Thanks to one of my friends who stopped me from eating the "SO CALLED" Chole Thikki. Along with the aloo tiki, the Tawa had something made of Chicken placed along with aloo tiki. On telling the manager the answer I get is "theres a new guy and may have kept it by mistake". Chicken on a Tawa meant for veg appetizer by mistake??? Not sure if anything of this sort exists, but I wish I can sue this restaurant for this unacceptable negligence. Vegetarians, THINK TWICE before you go to this place.

I love this place! One of the best buffets in the area. Great food, tasty and appropriately seasoned. The naan isnt the best Ive ever had and the spinach dishes, which I usually seek out, arent my favorite here, but the overall quality makes this my go-to Indian place. Love that they have dinner buffet- makes it easy to bring kids out to dinner! The kebabs are out of the world and they have an good banquet hall for hosting parties. This gets booked out pretty fast so make sure to plan ahead. Do remember to try the mango lassi.

So far the experience is horrible. Made reservations for 16 and we were given the 7:15 time. When we get there at 7:15 the table is not ready and when they do give us a table there was an incorrect amount of seating. Seating available was only for 13 people. Then they told us they didnt have seating for 16 people at this hour. They asked us to split up our party. It is unacceptable to deny us seating together when we made reservations. We decided to eat else where. I have eaten here before and the food is 3 star at best.
