Absolutely terrible. First of all, service was awful. Had to wait for the girls behind the counter to finish their conversation with their boyfriend before I could be helped. Then once I ordered, my blizzard was slopped together with hardly any candy mix in the ice cream and chocolate dripping down the outside, huge mess. Like I was inconveniencing them to work. And finally to top it off, they DO NOT accept gift cards...to their OWN business! You cannot use a Dairy Queen gift card, AT DAIRY QUEEN, because they are not set up to take gift cards. I mean what? How can you sell gift cards and then not allow people to use them because youre not "set up" to use them? What a joke. So now I I have to drive 45 mins to use a gift card at another location that might accept them, I cannot even use it in my own town. Just asinine. I do not recommend going here, at all. Ill never be back.

Absolute joke. Never open. No hours posted on the door. When it is open something is always wrong. They ran out of ice cream, their ice cream machine is down, only accepting cash because the credit card thing is down. Out of 6+ visits (Ive honestly lost count of how many times Ive tried to get a malt) I have only been able to get something ONCE. That one time was I was able to get something I was ignored for atleast 2 mins before the young girl turned to me and said, "were only accepting cash right now" then proceeded to turn back around and continue what she was doing for another minute or so. I, and my boyfriend, have given up on this location. Well take the 45 min drive to Lincoln where we know we can actually get our ice cream over this crap shoot.

They have changed a lot for the better as far as I can tell. They started flipping the blizzards upside down like other Dairy Queens do. They also keep up with the Blizzard of the week. One issue this place always had was their own restaurant to serve both ice cream and food. As long as they stay like this then they should get better ratings.

When we went in on 6/04 they did not have strawberries, butterscotch topping, fudge topping, Arctic rushes of any kind, any soda fountain drinks, or any moolattes, and waffle cones. I was a really disappointed by the lack of items and it appears this is an ongoing problem at the store. Gives all DQs a bad name.

Some kind of joke?? Stupidest place on earth.....they close randomly never keep within regular hours...horrid experience only reason they are probably still in business is because they are the only place in town.. tried calling twice and wouldnt anwser my call..

No chocolate (machine constantly breaks) No waffle products (with little intention to buy more) And the workers have very little knowledge of how to make different recipes. They do have cherry chocolate though, so they get a star for it.
