1 star is the lowest option available. Good food but not consistent. I can go there for lunch then dinner that same day but not get the same portion of food. I went there a while back with a coupon for buy one get one free, when I made my choice the girl taking my order said I had to choose the same 2 items. I explained to her that I used the same coupon before and didnt have to do this. She brought someone over and they said the same thing. I pointed out that ir did not have that anywhere on the coupon and asked to speak to the manager. The employee that the cashier called over told me the manager wasnt there and Id have to come when he is there. I asked when that might be and he told me he didnt know because the manager doesnt tell him his schedule. I asked the cashier what the guys name was and she ignored me so I asked a different employee his name and she said it was her 2nd day working there. I guess kids these days dont even introduce themselves anymore. When the guy finally came back over he gave me his name and the contact info to call top complain. As he walked back to the line a different employee asked what was going on in Spanish and he answered something that translates to shes bitching about getting free food. I will not go to this location anytime soon. Sorry about the long review but I got that upset about the whole situation.

Gone in there at noon about three times in the past month...on that side of the metroplex...servers behind the counter of cordial, even nice when you manage to get up to the counter...I walked out after waiting 5 minutes only to be ignored when another patron walked straight in front of me...the counter person saw I had been waiting and deliberately served the impolite patron...maybe it was my impatience or the employees lack of training?

Mediocre at best. Not that the food is bad but when I want crunchy tacos I go to taco bell,which is never. I prefer a taco served on a small corn tortilla, thats authentic. The burrito I had (it only comes with ground beef) the tortilla was the right size but way underfilled. The taste of the food is ok but nothing special. If youre looking for authentic tacos, look elsewhere. Employees were very friendly and the service was fast.

Never had a bad meal here. The super tostadas are always very fresh & tasty. The burritos,..tacos,..all very good. Been going to this location for almost 6 years and only one time on a very busy afternoon they gave me 2 tacos instead of 4. When I went back with my reciept 2 days later the girl gave me 4 fresh tacos and didnt even charge me for them. Very nice! Also this store is extremely clean. My kinda restaurant!

This seems to be a local favorite and is always packed with customers. Its straightforward on the menu, very limited in the menu, and i find the meat questionable but yet i ate it lol. Basically when you eat there, youll either love it or hate it. The only thing i will eat there is the meat burrito. spicy. nothin on it. and its above $2.50 each. To me, i wish Taco Bell was closer to my residence :/

Awesome experience every time! I work at a local dealership and the managers Latrice and Adrian are always so helpful when I put together a lunch on Saturdays for our staff (usually on short notice). I visit during the week and the staff is always so pleasant and the food is always hot, fresh and fast! I just want to thank the staff as a whole for everything they do! Keep up the good work!

I just drove off from the drive through about at hour ago.. I got half way down the road and realized I didnt have my large drink. No big deal.. I get all the way home to Wolfe City to bring dinner home to my boyfriend and his mom and realize we dont even have our own order. My bad for not checking, but it was late and I was in a hurry. $16 for food and all were hard shell tacos.

The absolute worst service I have ever had, hands down. The food preparers would not even wear gloves while handeling the food and when my wife asked them to do so they laughed in her face. The manager on duty acted like we were being redicilous for asking such a request. One guy, I watched him, pick his nose then grab a hand full of cheese and put it in a taco. GROSS!!!!

Racist pigs. We come up nicely dressed and asking for an application. Straight attitude because hes white. The whole staff was black. Was nice as could be, come up to the facility and immediately changed her tone and her look alone when he was white. Good job Adrian.. nice real nice.. well take our money some where else from now on..

Consistentry good food at fair price. My only complaint is that this location is always crazy busy. Wait time is longer than other fast food restaurants. I love the taco light here, which isnt light. Its shell is a fried flour tortilla instead of a corner tortilla. Try it if you havent. They are delicious.

ive passed by this place for years, thought it was crappy judging by the outside. finally went in and oh my god no it was awesome. food was great, prices are actually amazing, store was just a little dirty but it was dinner time so not shocked. right near my work so ill be going here for lunch a lot more.

Other than the fact that I asked for a soft taco, and received a hard shell taco with two flour tortillas Hahaha. This is a quick resort for fast tacos and good tea. The normal consumer would have been distraught and upset for the mistake on the tacos, but it was an easy fix and I found it quite funny.

Went in for a quick stop to grab lunch to go. Ordered and waited and waited and waited. I ordered 1 taco and 1 burrito. Ppl that ordered after me were getting their food. So I got a refund and left. Really???? And the food preps werent wearing gloves digging through the toppings.

Best food youll ever eat the TC in Rockwall is the best one so far it taste better than dallas and Rowlett I recommend eating the bean and cheese burritos with no sauce they are the best tasting thing their they are so good no other restaurant has better food

Great food. I find it hard to breath dining in though. Its only this location that seems to be this way. The strong smells from the kitchen overwhelm the dining room. I usually go through the drive through. Maybe Im just sensitive to it.

Love the food & the sweet tea here but the service is not so great. Going in or thru the drive thru it always takes forever to get your food. Everyone that works there are always standing around talking instead of doing their job.

45 min wait time on 2 tacos at 5:30 pm. Turns out the people that work in the back were standing outside talking to friends. Almost the worst service in rockwall. Arbys is still number one on that list
