Yikes... so 1 star takes effort and effort was made here! The make it your way place of fame played out like this... My daughter asks can I get just chicken, bacon and cheese on my sandwich? Clerk answers. "No thats not on the list" daughter says ok. Can I get the chicken ranch bacon sandwich without the ranch sauce? "Clerk "No thats not how it comes" !?!?!? Mom intervenes and convinces clerk to just hold the ranch sauce... and everything else but the chicken bacon and cheese... 2nd sandwich (lesson learned from the first) Can I get the Italian BMT (off the list). Clerk"sure would you like it toasted?" Dad... No thank you (sandwich gets toasted, tired and annoyed we move on) after keeping it simple on the toppings. "Just put everything on it." Says dad. She asks what else Id like on top. Pointing out that out of all of the normal subway options they only have 4 (mayo, ranch, honey mustard and regular mustard) dad answers sure Mayo and regular mustard.... not in the cards. She drowns the sandwich in honey mustard, dropped half the toppings out on the floor and stuffs a hand full of pickles and olives in its place.

Terrible service. Crew is lacking brain cells. Absolutely trash. Asked for a pizza and she brings out a frozen brick and throws it in the microwave. I ask if they are always frozen and she says, "No, I forgot to pull them out of the freezer this morning. It doesnt take long to defrost. Ill give you 10% off." Ew! Then she slices it before even asking if Id like any toppings. I ask for a Creamy siracha sauce and also parmesan garlic sauce drizzled on top. She asks if she can put the sauce in a small cup because she forgot to order pizza boxes. She was planning on putting my pizza in a salad bowl. Then she goes ahead and puts southwest chipotle all over my pizza. When I tell her that is not what I ordered she begins to scrape the sw chipotle sauce off the pizza and says again, "Ill give you 10% off." I laugh and walk out. Ill take my business elsewhere. Lol.

Well Im a new employee at this location. And yes, I feel the same way as others. The service is very,very slow at this location, the whole set up and functions throughout the restaurant is not good at all. Employees walk off their job in the middle of shifts and come to work late, but still have their jobs. They Dont use the "Customer Rule" when the bell rings. Loud music always being played as well as on the actual line. The management is very, very poor, bathrooms Dont stay clean enough ! The one "Manager" does not give out upper management number so we can call and speak to someone more so to say the owner about his store, so its like who do we talk to about these situations. This location needs a lot of help and new management/training.

The two ladies were very friendly and patient while making my sandwich. Location seemed really clean. I was unpleased with my sandwich, however. I tried the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and it might just be that I dont like the flavor but the seasoning on the chicken tasted almost artificial. Ill never get that sandwich again but I will most likely be back to this location.

they are bad one night me and my kid and bf went to eat there their toaster wasnt working so i order a chicken sandwich they gave me my food cold and chicken is meant to be hot not cold i later on got sick and had food poison due to the fact that they gave me cold chicken when they couldve used their microwave to heat up the food

Employee was obviously newer to the store and unfamiliar with each sandwhich on the menu. No other employees in store. Took 35 minutes to get our food. My sandwhich was cold by the time we were through the process. Not offered drink or chips
