Filthy,unfriendly,unsanitary,crappy The corp that owns the local sonic chain is very unfriendly and have no stability to them what so ever they concentrate on getting your buck and thats it. have you ever looked inside a local sonic? it is filthy and the crew are very unprofessional and rude.I presented it to cutchall management and they said i was blowing thing out of the water and that none of there staff was like that and maybe i should take my buisness elsewhere if i wasnt happy with there service i have never been treated so rudely.I can understand if i was irate but that wasnt the case i was friendly and this came from a district manager. My advice Do not eat at any local Sonic you are better off going to Bk or mc donalds down the street at least you will get a little respect and not have a risk of getting sick

The food was gross we got chili cheese dogs the regular and foot long. The hot dogs tasted like they have been sitting in the water for 2 days or longer. Our drinks Route 44 Ice Tea was so water down that you could not tell if it was tea or water and the Limeaide was nothing but carbonated water so it tasted like medicine. Now you are wondering why we did not return our food we traveled all day to get to this area and took it to our hotel room. This is the WORST Sonic we have been to and will NOT return to this location.

Terrible service. Waited 25 minutes for two shakes. Waited for the waitress to get done chatting with the guys in the car in front of us and then to top it off they didnt even give us the right shakes and when they gave us the cup it had chocolate all over it and no napkins so its all over my cupholder. We have gone to this location three times and all three times they have messed up the order. Im done with this sonic! If you need food fast there are so many other options!

Went there in the morning to get an iced coffee. They said they were out... it was 730 in the morning... so I asked for a hot coffee. They told me okay and I pulled up. I got to the window and the lady said they were out of hot coffee too... how do you run out of hot coffee??? Make more... put it on the coffee pot.. instead of talking to the guys outside sitting on the bench. She didnt even offer anything else.

I remember when Sonic came to the Omaha area in the early 2000s, I was so excited, I had eaten there in other cities. This location is the absolute worst, food is awful, apathetic staff. If you have to eat fast food there are so many other options that have quality food.

no less than 5 mistakes on our order, almost overcharged us, forgot an item, turned off our sign and sent a guy out to take our order in person food did show up fast and was prepared passably, but communication was at an all time low and made eating there kind of a drag

Hate this place!!! Never again!!! Waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks!! Watched numerous people come and go, drive thru & drive up. Asked to speak to the manager &... well, that was a waste of breath! DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!!!! Horrible, unfriendly staff & manager!

I read some of the other reviews and can agree that in the past there were issues. on this trip I had a very pleasant experience. The staff is very nice. The food was out quickly. Food tasted good. And my wife loved her new waffleberry brownie shake.

Figured out the order, pressed the button and was asked to wait, waited for 20 minutes, no further contact so went to Burger King down the street. 2 others that came in after us were helped first. This sonic should be changed to Molasses.

Every ad, Sonics website and Google says Sonic is open until midnight. I went there menu boards were lit up and people were in the drive thru and was told they close at 11 except on the weekends. It is the weekend still.

Can tell the day shift is fast and professional, but in the evenings the drive thru is extremely slow and you get your food faster if ordering from a stall. Can definitely tell its unorganized in the evenings

Everytime we go they give us the wrong shakes. We even specifically asked them to Mark the cups on the 4th time we visited and they did not even do that, on top of that they got the shakes wrong again

Its a Sonic, and pretty typical is most every way. The staff seems nice enough and the food is good. Perhaps they do put a little too much ice in their drinks which means you get less for your money.
