awful experience. i understand that the wait in the drive thru is a little long but i waited at least 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW, i then asked the "manager" a question about something that was clearly on their menu and she looked at me confused and had no idea. for someone who is wearing a managers badge i feel like you would know that type of question. it then took her a couple more minutes before she returned with the answer she had to ask someone else. got all my food and sat for another 3 or 4 minutes before SOMEONE ELSE had to ask what i was still waiting on. i said well i ordered meals with drinks and have no drinks. he apologized and got our drinks. in all i was there 15-20 minutes!

Went to dq after bucees. The staff was very loud and look like a highschool hangout place. Had next door Whataburger guy hanging off the back counter flirting with the girl making the ice cream.they made the Frys for our combo 10 minutes before our burgers came sitting not under direct heat lamps. So they were cold and the burger was cold as well. The chicken combo was only thing warm. I mentioned I will call management. The two guys chatting it up in the back and forgetting to make the chicken till everything else was already finished. I live in the area and been here before, never been this bad before. I dont think I will take my family back to this location

We LOVE Mexican food and were interested in trying theirs on the half-price Tuesdays. We were NOT disappointed! Hubby had the Taco plate and I had the Beef Salad Bowl. Mine came with a tube of sour cream, a small container of salsa and packets of taco sauce for both of us. We both discussed how really great our food was and how it would be our new Mexican favorite in this area for taste. The service is great and the employees are genuinely friendly and helpful. We will be returning to this location for more great Mexican food for sure.

Normally pretty passable food, I like their ice cream. Got the steak finger basket just now and instead of gravy got a cup of lukewarm, milky water. Nothing gravy like about it whatsoever. Really gross. Also, even though the milk water was lukewarm the rest of the food was pretty much just cold. And you better believe I ate every bit of this 12 dollar sack of garbage because it costs 12 freakin dollars. (10 for the meal + 2 for an ice cream which was actually delicious).

I just placed my order and was rushed through. He kept cutting me off and telling me my total. This was not a long order. Two kids meals one adult. I will include receipt number as well. I do not recommend this particular dairy queen location. 0248 my reciept says silvia but a man helped me.

Horrible i ask for tree kids meals and before they give to us they put it on the microwave we ask and they say to heat up the condiments i guess the birguers was cold
