Not only was it an hour wait for delivery to my hotel room, but the delivery girl did not bring all of my order and had to wait another hour to get the rest of my food.....my total was $18.53 i gave her a dollar tip which brought my total to $19.53....and check my cc acct 2 days later and find that they charged me $22.53....they changed my tip from a dollar to $4.00....when i called and spoke to the manager, he stated that his receipt that the driver brought back had a $4.00 tip on it and that he couldnt do anything about it.....my advise would be if u order from this place use cash and not a credit/debit card because u will be ripped off

Terrible food. Ordered a 12 piece wing and fry and buffalo chicken sub. Sub was just chicken in wing sauce and a dried out bun. The wings where cooked so much that they where like leather fries where microwaved mush. On my way out of the terminal I work at, delivery guy was bring in another order (which was sent back also). I told him food was terrible and we didnt want it and gave it back. He called owner who said a refund is only allowed if you didnt touch the food. How are you gonna know the food is crap if you didnt try it. So for $25 I got 3 wings 5 fries and a 4" sandwich. What a dirt bag.

I stopped here to eat my lunch on break. I already had a sandwich and fixings with it in my lunch box. The owner soon came over and told me to put it away or leave. I truthfully told him that I was going to get a piece of pizza as well. He said that was OK but only if I put my other food away. I Left with as the owner stood there and waited for me to do so. With them not being American born, I think they are learning better business practices.

We stopped here on the way back to Virginia. Its less than a mile off the highway, simple and clean interior, great service and really tasty pizza with a crispy thin crust. The cashier offered us each a free slice of nutella dessert pizza right when we arrived at the counter. The cheesesteak was made with very fresh bread. Fast, clean, friendly, and delicious. Exactly what we needed!

Went there and ordered two pizzas two large fries and 8 sodas...pizzas were done in about 8 to 10 minutes which was odd...pizza was seriously tasteless...their pizza in the Windows looks good but if you order just cheese you will need salt basil oregano garlic etc to get some actual flavor...next time Ill travel five more minutes to the pizza town in Jonestown and get 5 star pizza

We live nearby and this is our favorite pizza place. Yes a large pizza is over $10 but isnt everywhere? They have various pizzas behind the glass that vary from white broccoli, stuffed meat lovers, taco., and others. The slices are very generous. You serve your own soda at the fountain machine, Coke products. Their pizza is very good.

I like their chicken bacon ranch when they have it, all of their food that I have tried was always very good. Fair pricing, decent service but stay away from this place at lunch time! located near a fatboy national guard base and those boys pack into this place every weekday to the point that the line is coming out the door.

Food is amazing, also at a fair price for being so popular. However my most resent visit had awful service. The tall brunette cashier was rolling her eyes and rude to customers even when they werent busy. Then proceded to charge my debit card, thow in on the counter and move to the next customer.

Pizza was decent, however the Gentleman who answered the phone seemed to have a hard time understanding me to the point i didnt even get what i ordered. I ordered med sausage abd got a med pep. No ranch ir anything that i asked for. Wouldnt fix it because it was to close to closing time.

This place is terrible. Customer service is garbage. They charged me 9 dollars for an over cooked burger sub, which they messed up and gave me a burger. Also, they gave me a hard time over me not wanting cheese as if it were a complicated order. Dont go here.

My fiance got a pizza from here, and he is an all time pizza lover!! And extremely picky about his pizzas. But he said his large extra pepperoni pizza with anchovies was the best hes ever had.!! Five stars here!! No complaints. Will be returning.

Always one hour delivery. Always subpar good compared to the prices. They know they are the only food on base that delivers so hey treat the people and your food as if you need them more then they need your services.

Great chicken cheese steaks. Lots of meat and real Italian rolls are not overbearing...light in texture. Pizza excellent with lots of meat and cheese. Margarita pizza had big chunks of chicken and tomatoes.

We waited almost 2 hours just to receive cold pizza! What makes it even worse is that we were only .5 miles away. Lesson learned: leave the party to grab the pizza. Its not worth the wait.
