I have had multiple negative experiences in the last month. From being "out" of a multitude of things (i.e- turkey, lettuce, cookies, soup, different vegetables etc...) having a broken refrigerator, broken AC but worst of all the HORRENDOUS customer service and wait time! You can literally wait almost an hour for a sub! It blows my mind. They are constantly understaffed or trying to close everything down hours before closing time. Its quite obvious that no one at this location cares whats going on here. I even emailed Ana Morales, the woman listed as the area manager on the receipt and got no response. I highly doubt anything will change anytime soon due to the lack of management, training and/or competency. Worst Subway Ive ever encountered.

Simply stated; this Subway sucks! Theyre always out of meatballs or other key ingredients, always understaffed and as the other review mentioned many of the employees (mostly kids of course) have bad attitudes. I had to wait thirty minutes the other week with only two people ahead of me in line! The only reason I kept coming back over the years is because I live in the neighborhood behind it. No more!

They are always out of numerous things. The guys working tonight can not even tell me there mgr name! I usually avoid going to this location due to the lack of food that is listed on the menu... But I live 4 streets down and think maybe this time will be better.....neadless to say NO!!! Please drive a little further and get the sandwiches of your choice.....

Got there once. Slow service and ran out of chicken noodle soup at 6:15PM. Dont plan to come back. The plaza is not so friendly, and all the neighbor stores reserve their front park slots. Plus very high uphill ramp from the main road to turn to the plaza.

Sometimes its good sometimes its bad. I can tell you they DO need to work on their customer service. None of the workers act like they ever want to be there. The feeing is starting to rub off.

I liked this place until a few day ago when they replaced their whole staff. I have not seen more unsanitary and unhygienic practices since high school cafeteria. Gross.

Friendly employees but it seems that they like to start closing 2 hours before actual closing time. They are incredibly slow and the sandwiches are always messy.
