Multiple bad experiences, got take out here a few times, unfortunately its the only true Chinese take out place here in Vernon. But on about the 3rd time ordering from them, after eating the general Tsos , and pork Lo mein, myself and 3 others got a horrible stomach sickness that lasted about 24 hours. I called then up and they said they would credit me a meal. About a year later I figured, why not give them another shot, the food was just straight disgusting this time, chicken was under cooked, seasoning was lacking, everything just seemed off, and low quality. Its a very sad thing that us Vernon residents have such a lacking food selection here in town. Guess Ill just have to go back to Bergen, or Hudson county if I expect to eat anything of quality.

Yes. Finally a Chinese rest. in Vernon to replace the one that use to be in the Rite Aid Plaza across from A&P.I tried the one just down the street THREE TIMES and gave up and started traveling to Warwick. This China Star is CLOSE to as good as Warwick but I like less travel time. Cold Sesame Noodles! The BOMB. Try them, youll never stop once you do.

Nice portions, a happy crew, and the guy does special orders, like extra spicy on my spicy beef and peppers (which are AWESOME, btw). Egg drop soup rocks, the crab rangoon was also above average. Sooooo happy that this place opened up last year, kills the (non)competition in the area! -Mike S., H.L.

The owner, Kyle, is a genuine and incredibly hard-working man. The food is excellent, by far the best Chinese food place around! I would highly recommend this place; try the veggie dumplings deep fried with szechuan sauce!

There was hair in our food. They wouldnt deliver. The food was not good quality. I was horribly disappointed. Only good thing going for them was the fact that they would give me a refund.
