Horrible service. I went out to dinner with my boyfriend and they were rushing us. We were still eating when the waitress came and started packing our food in boxes. My boyfriend still had the fork in his hand when she took the plate and she looked at me and asked if Im finished. I told her no and that I can pack my food on my own. Worst customer service ever and on top of that my boyfriends food was not even cooked throughly. It was hard to chew and the meat didnt look cooked at all.

EastSide Chef is, without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in West Sacramento. Im not a big fan of Squeeze Inn (i know, im one of THOSE guys, i cant get past the fact that im eating burnt cheese) but eastside, time after time, delivers. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good eats in this neighborhood. Even my boss throws his biannual staff dinner here, and hes a really picky eater, i know -.- but still, give this place a visit, you wont regret it!

Well, this isnt really authentic Chinese food. To be honest, they dont even try. All the dishes look the same and the only real difference is one will have black pepper or broccoli. I ordered Mongolian beef and my girlfriend got the beef and broc. Same texture, same flavor, same presentation of the beef. Mine had black pepper. Hers had no pepper but broc. Pretty lame. Also, everything looks and tastes as if it was out of a can.

First time there - love the chow mein, so good! Quickly seated, food brought out quickly. Lunch portion was huge, and price ranged $8.00/plate. I chose the beef and green bean plate. My husband chose the general chicken. Both were fresh and great tasting. No complaints.

I have been going here for 3 years now and I have never had a problem. The food is good and the staff is always friendly. Dont believe those other petty reviews. At least give the place a try if you like Chinese food. - The Local Starbucks Barista

Bugs in the soup. Order Garlic Chicken and receved sesame chicken. The glasses taste like detergent, not rinsed. I would avoid this place and choose another.
