I couldnt believe it. Ive been to several IHOP restaurants over the years, but the service that I received at this one was outrageous. The tables were dirty, the waitress who served me was slacking; and by the looks of it, so were the others. When Im on the road and I stop for food, the last thing I want is to come into a restaurant that is filthy, and where the employees dont care enough about their job to actually do it... I can understand that working in the food industry can be tedious and undesirable, but in todays economy, people should be grateful that they have a job, and that they have a source of steady income to care for themselves. Its my opinion that people should at least work hard at the job that they have, to impress the customer, to earn their pay check, and to keep everyone happy. When you put on your uniform, you are a representative of that company. Its your duty to uphold that companies morals, ethics, and values. You are responsible for making sure that your customers are happy and satisfied with your work. Even if you find your job to be uneventful or dissatisfying, its your responsibility to do the job you were hired for, and do it correctly. I expect a clean table, clean dishes, and excellent service. Thats what Ive always received at any other IHOP that Ive ever been in, and so thats what Ive come to expect, but this one was absolutely abysmal. Im typically not a person who complains, so I tried to take an optimistic approach, that was until my waitress decided that she was going to be rude. My food was cooked incorrectly, and my glass was constantly empty. When I asked for these things to be remedied, she would scoff or roll her eyes, as if I was asking for too much. You can bet that she didnt get a tip after that behavior! I also do not generally pay much attention to other people around me when I am eating, because I typically have a book with me, and try to mind my own business, but this time, Id forgotten my book in the car, and I was also curious about the state of the rest of the restaurant, so I ease dropped a bit, and looked around to see if the other customers felt the same. To my surprise, a gentlemen at a nearby table had asked for the manager. When she came out, she appeared agitated. You could see the agitation radiating from her her general demeanor, and if that wasnt enough, it was certainly displayed in her body language and her tone when speaking with the customer. I wasnt able to hear the entire conversation, but I was able to understand the basic gist, the gentlemen was told to leave the store, when hed from my prospective, done nothing wrong. I dont know what sort of standard IHOP has set for their business at this location, but it certainly wasnt what I would call acceptable, or a reflection of what Ive come to expect from other IHOP establishments. In fact, I would say the service was less than sub par. I will never be visiting this IHOP again, and it is very possible that after this incident, I wont be eating at the IHOP food chain period. Ill be sure to tell anyone who will listen about this unacceptable experience, as I do not want to see it happen to anyone again. #disgusted #upset #disappointed

We are done with this ihop. We have yet to receive good food, good service or anything resembling a reasonable timely manner. Tired of incorrect, cold and undercooked food. It took over 45 minutes to get our simple breakfast order at 2:00 am on a Saturday with at least 4 servers and under 10 tables. Last time it was over an hour for approximately the same time of night. Items had to be asked for multiple times. A table of 4 got their food before our table of 2 even though she placed our order first. The butter on the french toast never even melted so we took it home to warm it up ourselves for fear of being there another 45 minutes waiting for them to cook it again. This is just some of the problems tonight. We informed the manager (after he let one of his friends goof off on the overhead speaker) of everything that was wrong and we expressed this was the norm here and we were done giving ihop a chance. His reply, "Oh, sorry. Your total is $30.20." Im calling the corporate offices Monday. Hope they clean house at the Liberty location. Goodbye ihop. Hello anywhere else.

Went there last night for my nephews birthday dinner. The service was good and our waiter was really nice. However, sunshine dropped my nieces dinner on the way to the table so theyhad to remake her childs Mac and cheese. When they brought it, it want even cooked properly in the microwave and they forgot her fruit. My nephews breakfast plate looked like it was thrown on there, with obviously one egg, when its supposed to be two. My dinner was Turkey and dressing which was instant potatoes which arent even mixed completely, microwaved dressing, dumped into the plate still in the shape of a cup, over cooked microwaved Turkey and warm login berry compote. Mr daughters drink order was wrong and never corrected, as was my other nephews food order. We went there because of the surprise birthday sundaes, wh ich were the only thing they got right. Im also calling the restaurant. I didnt want to make Big deal last night because it was for my nephew, but we wont go back there again, free kids meals or not!

We were the second party to arrive at this ihop at 4 30pm on a Friday night.(arrived early to beat the crowd) The servicer was ok but my complaint was the food was cold. Plus some of our food didnt look like the picture. Was shorted some of the items. Witnessed another family walk out cause of their food being cold. Later to find out the cook was new and they had no staff coming in until 6pm. The manager told a couple coming in that it would be at least 30 minutes before being service because of being under staff. And the place was only a third full of customers. Needless to say we complained to the manager when paying for our food. He claimed to of lost his card to the register and gave us our food for free. Or was to embarrassed. Wished wed checked the rating before going there. Alot of Bad Bad ratings for this ihop. So I advice anyone else to do so before going to any restaurant.

Weve been to this restaurant several times because my husband gets off work late so this is the only thing open other then McDonalds. Every time weve been, we wait 45 min to an hour to get our food. When it arrives its wrong and cold! When we complain they say theyll just heat it up in the microwave. Who wants rubbery eggs!?! The waitresses usually come back to our table only once and then act like its a big deal if we ask for anything. Last time we went we set in a booth while watch a waitress and waiter fight over who gets to take our order cuz neither of them wanted to. We set there for 30 min without ordering drinks. Then a big group of ppl came in beside us and they immediately got to place an order. We just got up and left. Now if we want ihop, we take the extra 10 min and go to one down the road. Service has been amazing there.
