Very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered the jumbo coconut shrimp. When it got to the table, it was popcorn shrimp, and a lot of mine were burned. We were not told they were out of the jumbo shrimp before it arrived at the table, and had to ask the waitress if they were out before we were told yes. Had we known, we would have ordered something else, but were never given the option. I also ordered a baked potato as a side, and it wasnt cooked enough. It tasted semi-raw. We went at an off-time so they werent slammed with a large crowd, trying to get orders out as fast as possible. Extremely disappointed to have to pay that much for burned popcorn shrimp. The waitress did ask us if we wanted anything in place of the shrimp, but that was after we had already been "eating" for about 20 minutes. I was pretty put-off by the flavors of my food, so we declined and just asked for the check. Not a good experience, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Its been awhile since I was there, so maybe things are better now. I have enjoyed eating at other red lobsters before but when I went to this one in Burleson the service was not very good my drink was hardly ever refilled. The food took a long time to arrive and it didnt taste very good when I got it. The restaurant was not busy when I went and if that is how the service and food are all the time I understand why its not busy. I have not been back since.

Started with booth & table sloppy wet, including menus. Out of salad. Still had not been served entrees 45 minutes later. Went for Crab Fest. King Crab barely warm & impossible to crack. Had not been properly preped. Took home to eat. Assistant Mgr comped our meal. Only bright spot was server. We tipped her a $20. She managed to smile constantly in spite of all. We are finished with RED. LOBSTER

Last several visits to different Red Lobster Restaurants all the same Usually order Clam Chowder is OK, The salad is a whole different story - wilted, black, turns my stomach! Tonight last time I step foot in a Red Lobster! Spoke with Mgr on duty HE SAID ALL MEALS ARE PREPARED! EVEN SALAD COMES FROM A BAG!!! SO WHY THE HIGH PRICES?!!#

Bad Service. Wait to get dinner was ridiculous. 1 hour to get food, soup was cold when arrived, waiter forgot side orders, never brought small plates for appetizers we ordered, dining space was freezing, wall thermometer read 62F, had to finally go get kids blanket out of the car for the little ones. Over priced. Will not be back.

We waited over a hour and 10mons for our meal. The waitress Sharon was amazing and felt horrible but the manager was absoustley ridiculous. There is people that was sitting before us and has been sitting for over a hour and half and still no food. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

Food was horrible spoke to manger about my food tasting burnt like in a microwave she told me that they use the microwave to heat up my food.. That was a shock for me then ask if I could exchange my food my food was never replace.. will never go back again...

We sat in a booth by a window. Window seal had not been cleaned in a while. Ordered steak med.well, it was bloody. Puddle in plate bloody. Lobster tail was good. Biscuits good. Burleson, Tx.

We were there a week ago. We went there for the" Crabmeat dinner". The only thing I would complain about was the price. I thought it was a little too high, so I didnt get to have the crab.

My favorite place to go for Cajun Chicken Fettucini Alfredo. The seafood is also good, but Ive received shrimp that had not been deveined before. Good atmosphere and amazing rolls.
