I have dined at this particular location several times and why I kept going back I have NO idea. Its always a bad experience. The food is either wrong or cold or usually BOTH. Tonight was my last time dining there. I will never go back. Its almost commical what happened. I ordered a 6oz top sirloin, sweet potato and shrimp with a side of veggies. The order finally came out and they forgot the shrimp, no biggie becuase they gave them to me free. The sirloin was ice cold as was the sweet potato and veggies. I asked the server to take it back and to please bring me a hot fresh meal. This IDIOT takes my food and warms it up in the microwave!! I had already taken a bite of the steak and potato so i was a little grossed out that they take food and do that. Finally got the shrimp and it was cold... figures... so the manager shows up and dude was wearing enough cologne to sufficate any human, he said he would fix it. I was already in a bad mood and just wanted to call it quits, but i let him try 1 more time figuring 3rd time was the charm. Guess what? The steak was ice cold AGAIN! I said something to the waiter about warming up the steak and he said " i thought you just wanted it warmed up, i was only following policy"... so i guess its their policy to take half eatin food and warm it up with other un eatin food.. cross contamination anyone? By far the nastiest food and service you will ever find. They did comp my meal but honestly i will never go back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE, YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT.

This was my first time going to a Longhorn steak house and Ive got to say I dont think Ill go back to one ever again. My boyfriend and I went for a late dinner after a long day and our waitress only had 3 tables at first and 4 by the time we left. My boyfriends drink sat empty for 20 minutes while she was helping other tables, neither of us were offered refills. My boyfriend is severely allergic to salmon and though the manager assured us that it was no where near his food he started having a very bad reaction after one tiny chicken strip. He had to stop eating so he literally only at one baby chicken strip and we still had to pay for the entire meal. He was throwing up in the bathroom by the time we were leaving. The waitress said shed have the manager take it off but they didnt. It was extremely poor customer service. Ive received better service at a fast food restaurant than I did at this steak house

My server was very nice. It was the week before Mothers Day and it was packed. I loved the food and service was speedy. My mother had no complaints and neither did I. Update: I went on Fathers Day as well and the waitress was awesome and our steaks were just right. Fried green tomatoes were different than in other restaurants because they added Feta cheese to it. It wasnt bad either. My only complaint, when I called they told me it was an hour wait and I asked if they took reservations and she said they didnt. I emailed customer service and found out that if you call while your on your way they hold your place in the line which no one at the restaurant told me. Only that part gets zero stars. Also, when I emailed back stating this to the customer service rep. I never received an email back to say sorry for the inconvenience.

This is a smaller restaurant with poor staffing in a popular eating location. We’ve been once before this and enjoyed it but this time left before being seated. We were the second on the waitlist at 5:45 p.m. on a Friday and requested a table for 2 instead of a booth. We know we’ll have a longer wait time for a table and were told 10-15 minutes. In 15 minutes we were called by one hostess but met with confusion, as a second hostess told the first “oh they wanted a table”. Both hostesses turned their backs to us. We sat and waited another 15 minutes until a third hostess stomped through the lobby complaining “everyone wants a table not a booth”. We stood and indicated to the first two hostesses that we were leaving. The third hostess groaned in apology and I very impolitely told her to “stop complaining”.

Had a party of seven adults, two babies and two other children. Told it would be a 20 to 45 minute wait. Got seated after about an hour and fifteen minutes. This was after watching about a dozen groups who arrived after us get seated. Once we were seated, we immediately ordered, having already reviewed the menu while waiting to be seated. After about 45 minutes, finally got our food. All four who ordered steaks received them over cooked. Nobody ever came and asked us how our food was. Have eaten at this particular Longhorn many times over the years, and never used to have this kind of problem. Very disappointed

Placed a online order. I gave it a extra ten minutes from the time they said my order would be ready....Got there and was made to wait another thirty minutes for my order which turned out to be the right receipt but wrong food, I had order a porter house with grilled shrimp and steak fries/no salad...what I got was a over cooked ribeye no shrimp but I did get some salad I didnt want and a small cup of plan mashed potatoes. The guy even read everything back off to me as he handed the bag to me but I guess its "my fault" for not checking the contents before leaving. I will not be returning anytime in the near future.

Been eating here for years.. Usually a couple times a month.. Just had the worst experience from start to finish.. Everything was messed up from the beginning! Couldnt help but leave a review after paying for what we just experienced.. Had to get our own silverware, appetizer never showed up, both my wife and I steaks were WAY over cooked (not even close to how we ordered them), was brought wrong drinks.. LET DOWN!Salad didnt have enough dressing. Waitress wasnt around when I needed more.We were rushed into our appetizer before finishing looking at the menu.THE WORST was the prime rib.It was half fat and grizzle .we were shocked they even brought such a poor cut of meat to the table.Restroom floor was sticky or dirty.we did enjoy the shrimp appetizer. my baked potato was hot ,but dry.

We went for my son-in-laws birthday. I had the Shitake truffle steak thought I had ordered a 8 oz received a steak that looked half the size of my sons 8 oz, it was little, cold but the waitress said it was 6 oz. Service was slow, my grandsons macaroni looked dries as if it had been setting all day. Left me hungry for a real steak. Will never go there again.

Best crusted yardbird I ever had and I am a beef eater. I always go to this establishment and get great food and great service whether I sit at the bar or have a meal with my two boys at a booth. There are managers and waitresses always asking if everything is satisfactory. Keep up the good work you guys!
