The Burger King at 12921 South Highway 71 Grandview, MO 64030 most of the people that work there are not very friendly and dry acting. I mostly go through the drive through and it upsets me when people cant say hi and thank u because I always thanks whomever is serving its just polite and not to many people enjoy working so I try to be a pleasant customer. However going through the drive thru they act like they cant hand you your food. Its like they have T-Rex arms or something. Hand me my food I paid for it. Its the same way when they hand you your change. The Buger King in Grandview will never get anymore of my money. Futhermore what difference does it make if i want to dip my hash browns in Zesty sauce? Its a condiment right? If and when i want Burger King I will drive to the Belton Raymore Burger King next to Taco Bell. Those people down there are nice, even at the lunch rush. Plus there food is hot even at late night its incredibly pleasing. They do a good job.

I hate this Burger King, went there yesterday and ordered food, the wait for the food wasnt that long, but we asked a question , because I came to this same exact location months ago and I was able to order a large caramel frappe and they put whip cream and everything on top of it , but even when I went to order last night the guy didnt tell me well they come in one size, I could have went to mcdonalds and paid a good price for a better tasting and better look frappe and would have gotten way better customer service, I asked the lady who was of latino descent if that was what they called large and she said no only one size then closed the window, but the bacon was burnt on my burger and the fries were not good.. never in my life will I ever return to this location

Went here at about 1 yesterday afternoon. The drive thru was long so I decided to go in. Spent about 5 to 10 minutes inside waiting for food and there was only one person in line before me. The fries were good but the chicken nuggets had some sort of white film on top of some of them. The guy at the register was nice. Do I think Ill be going back there anytime soon though .. probably not.

Pulled into the drive thru and was told to "hold on a minute" then waited about 2 minutes before letting them know we were ready to order. Nothing. Waited another 5 minutes and still nothing, we drove up and not a single person was inside!!!! The only worker was outside smoking a cigarette. This is the last time Im coming here, never anything positive.

Customer service is terrible, wait times are horrendous. Every time I visit this location Im met with a rude server with less than adequate verbal skills. I love BK. This particular locat servers fine food. The service is just so bad it makes it a last resort. They never get my order correct either. Im missing bacon on a BACON KING!!

They really do try their best to improve order accuracy but sure could use more frequent cleaning of their grease trap and bucket. Ordered a meal on my recent visit and along with was onion ring, the temperature was spot on perfect but unfortunately the onion rings themselves tasted like fish.

Last four times Ive been there theyve either had NO fries, ran out of EVERY DRINK but one kind, charged me for things I never received, constantly mess up on size orders, and the employees never listen. Never again will we be going to this place.

These people treat customers decent. Plus, they have a great burrito breakfast that is very filling and tasty. On top of that, it is only about $4.00 USD. By the way, Burger King in Grandview, Mo now has free WiFi! You betcha!

Waited in drive thru for 30 mins and my food was cold and nasty ..drive thru people sucks on customer service ,not friendly at all...Dont recommend them at all..and still waited 15 mins at the window for the food ..wtf.

Food is good most of time long waits sometimes takes a minute to they even a acknowledge you to the drive thru and then they tell you to hold a minute and then you still have to wait when you get to the window
