I have never felt the desire to rate a wingstop poorly until now. Staff manager was not only rude and disrespectful but even worse indifferent... which is what caused the mistake they made with my wifes order and depending on your issue may end up being worse than just a rude or disrespectful employee.... my wife placed a very simple order 10 classic ALL Cajun she receives "her order" comes home to find that it is not correct she was given 10 half lemon pepper half original hot instead. Having been out all day running kids around in preparation for school we are not in the mood to go all the way back just to fix the mistake we didnt make so I call... First Im talking to the shift worker who made the mistake and shes nice a bit unequipped to handle a customer with an issue after a few awkward pauses as Im explaining what happens she explains that my wifes food is still sitting there and that there was a mix up she never took ownership of her mistake which shows the lack pride or concern they have in their work because my wife didnt hop the counter a pick up her own order it was given to her incorrectly..... The worker offered different options of what she knew that she could do but all of it involved me having to drive back to the store and receiving nothing in return for the inconvenience so I requested a refund and my original order be made correctly and then she said she didnt know but could ask the manager she put on the shift manager who proceeded to say they cant give me a refund and my original order but she can throw in a couple extra wings which I as the customer didnt feel completely rectified the mistake and then to make matters worse this comes out of her mouth.... heres the catch that made everything instantly not worth it to even consider she says no matter when I come in (even days from now) I must bring the mistaken wings in to get a refund or my original order and Im thinking like what???? This is not walmart you cant just reshelve wings like Im not even getting my refund and my original order like I asked BUT most importantly this mistaken order is useless to me for being wrong and useless to wingstop from the moment it left the store with the wrong customer.... but thats what she requested then throughout our conversation shes so indifferent in handling my issue showing no empathy at all as if I was the one making a mistake... she was giving too much confusing information so I ask for the wingstop return/ refund policy be sent to me in writing via email because Im not understanding how she is coming to the options shes giving me she tells me no to talk to corporate then proceeds to talk over me or attempted to saying shes not gonna sit up here and argue or whatever else acting like she live birthed the chickens they get their wings from and hung up on me the customer 3x this wingstop will not get another dime from me and I surely hope they hire better quality employees who understand how customer service should go this isnt the first time Ive had issues with this wingstop but because of very poor management and customer service it will be the last

Editing my review to lower to 4 stars from 5 stars from previous visit. Nothing too bad, just maybe my taste have changed. I normally get 10pc traditional wings with lemon pepper and fries and sweet tea. The wings are perfectly crispy, juicy and got like I like it. But, I noticed the taste of excess salt in the seasoning makes it less pleasurable to eat. After 5 wings I was like no more. The fries are just bad. Taste raw even though it well fried, very salty maybe bad choice of seasoning. Wish they would change type of fries they offer more like McDonalds. The sweet tea oh my god taste like a diabetic made it. I would have to cut it 1/3 sweet and 2/3 unsweetened to make it right but otherwise nice dark flavor. As always this place is spotless clean and no notice smell of frying, but environment is dark inside but clean and quiet.

Love their tenders, but service at the North Charleston location is horrendous. Weve experienced mistakes in our orders before, but this was by far the worst!! Waited almost an hour for an order placed online that was to have been ready by the time we arrived. Then, the order (for 2 people) was completely wrong. Got home to find that the tenders I was so looking forward to were instead boneless wings (big difference!) and the wrong flavors. My husbands 20 piece boneless wing order was short 6 pieces, and 2 of 3 flavors were wrong. Love their product, but will not be back to this location due to horrible service and lack of concern to make it right on the part of management.

Terrible!!! Dont waste your time calling because they answer the phone and ask you to hold BUY NEVER COME BACK TO THE PHONE 3 TIMES STRAIGHT!!! But you can hear the employees having conversations in the background about complete BULLSHIT!!! And when someone finally picks back up for your order they come off rude and give you attitude! For that matter I would rather go to BOO YAH wings on Rivers Ave.

Wings were perfect. Mango habanero were spicy but flavorful and the parmesan garlic had parmesan sprinkled all over them. The hottest wings were obviously too hot to eat comfortably, but every wing place needs a choice like that anyway. They still however had a good flavor. My wings came hot and perfectly juicy even after driving them home 15 min away.

Awful. Just plain awful. Upon ordering mild sauce on one and medium on another, neither had any flavor or spice. The sauce tastes like butter and food coloring with some canola oil. The wings were decent and the fries were astonishing, but unless you like plain wings dont bother wasting your money.

They changed their song to closed online when they were not. I called to place an order and they said it would be an hour, then when I said I would still place the order they said it would be 2 hours then when I said Ok they said they cant place my order and hung up.

Terriffic Wings, just the right amount of heat for the hot wings without the pain, and I dont know what they put on the fries, but it is the french fry equivalent of the most addictive drug you can imagine. I could hurt myself on those fries.

The wings and fries are ridiculously good. The fries are hand cut, like 5guys, and my parmesan garlic wings had actual parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Food came quickly as well. Definitely recommend.

The food is always good and the service is great.This place has some of the best wings I have tasted. I have to get mine cooked extra because I like the crunch.

They never ever get my order right!!!!!!!! The wings are dry, the fries are soggy and the service is slow!!! I hate this place and I am never going back!!!

The chicken was dry and over cooked the lemon pepper wings had to much lemon in it the garlic parmesan wing had no flavor of sausa just horrible
