What is going on with DQ? Is it all of them or just this one? A few weeks ago I ordered a few burgers and a few chili cheese dogs. I usually like DQs chili cheese dogs, and get them several times a year. (I dont do fast food much.) The last time they were the size of a very large pencil. Yes, I have had pencils that were bigger. ??? I decided I wont be going back for those again. Also, one of the three burgers was not the one ordered. Last night, I wanted a quick dinner as I had been on the run all day. It was about 8 PM. There were only two cars ahead of me to the order window. I ordered two Flame Thrower burgers when I got to the order screen 15 minutes later. A FULL half hour later when I got to the drive up window, the teenage girl came to the window and said, "You did want a plain burger right?" I said, "What? What do you mean by plain burger?" She said, "Well, a burger with nothing on it." WTF??? "NO! I said 2 FLAME THROWER burgers, just the sandwich, not the combo." I cursed, grabbed my card back and left without dinner for me and my husband. I could have gone home and COOKED dinner by that time. What is happening with this DQ? That is 3 times in a row that it took an incredibly long amount of time to get a couple of burgers, and the last two times they screwed up the order. We have only a couple of choices in this town for a fast food stop. I am not a fan of McDonalds but it is either that or drive a few extra miles to Culvers which I do like better than DQ anyway. OH well.

Refuse to patronize this location anymore. Constant incorrect orders even during low-traffic times, with surly employees to boot. I will give my business to a fast food franchise that cares about customer service instead.

Ive picked up many ice cream cakes from this Dairy Queen, and the service from the drive-through is fairly fast. Love getting a quart of soft serve (even though I dont think thats on the menu board) to pig out on!

Worst DQ in America - They dont follow DQ guidelines from the creaminess of the ice cream to how the treats are to be made. the service is generally good so i assume ownership or management is possibly the issue?

These people were rude as hell and they messed up the size I wanted. A small is not a mini and who the hell invented the mini. Such a rip off. I hate the st.michael one go to the rogers one. This one sucked.

I was the only one in the drive thru, had to wait for 10 minutes at least for my food, and then to top it all off, my food wasnt even fresh.
