Food was good although french fries wasnt fresh looking for tasting even. Also, my husband orders a number 7. But then we only got the sandwich. My husband asked for a cup for the soda, the order taker seemed surprised that we asked for a cup that we basically already paid for. And then fries didnt come either. So the COMBO $6.99 turned in to ~$11 because we had to buy the soda and fries separately. I actually wanted to call the store and speak with the manager but then again, maybe its the kids first job. I am still unhappy though that we had to spend more than we had to. Another thing is that when I ordered the fries (different time from the soda) I was the only one there and yet it still took them about 3 minutes to get me my fries. I paid for medium, I got a small one. We were planning on getting a sundae or whatever after we had eaten our meal but we didnt want to pay $10 for a small-sized blizzard. Train your employees, please!!

You know how the employees have to flip the blizzards to male sure ice cream wont fall out? Well, last time I went there, an employee did this and almost half the ice cream fell on to the counter. And he just walked away. I didnt want to say anything because I didnt want to be mean or anything, but I thought that he shouldve at least offered to fill it back up. I only go there for ice cream because my father and friends got food poisoning from the food. Service isnt good. Food isnt good. Just go to Culvers.

This location consistently messes up orders. Blizzards are either runny or poorly blended, And seem to be short on the added toppings. A royal blizzard will get you a pool of middle- goo at the bottom. If you order something custom, expect it to be wrong. Attitudes of the teenagers behind the counter is also lacking. How about a smile, or a personality? We do our best to avoid this location when we can, and only visit when convenience is a must.

Terrible customer service. Had to have my sandwich remade multiple times and still ended up not getting what I ordered. I work just down the road and our employees are always going here for lunch and almost everytime there is always something wrong with the food or service. I called to confront the manager and he was completely rude. We will definitely not be going here anymore. Management: change your attitude and be a little nicer to customers!

The service was aweful. Big line but only 1 register open. The man working the register was chatting away and not being professional about his job. This same employee went around to fill the ketchup, as every single one that was out was empty. He saw a mess on the floor and began to swear about it as my young children were a few feet away. Very poor professionalism

I asked for a funnel cake with the ice cream on the side.. The funnel cake was cold and hard and the ice cream what a joke!! it was a jr cone. On top of that who takes s cone and puts it upsidr down in a dish? all the ice cream melted and what was left was a cone. I know this sounds dumb but its simple.. funnel cake and a ice cream cone with actual ice cream on top..

Terrible customer service! They randomly close their drive thru and just post tiny signs on the window to inform you. Maybe the logical thing to do would be to post it on the speaker? Just a thought. Thanks for wasting 3+ peoples time today. On top of that, they did not apologize and told me to go somewhere else when I showed concern. Wow!

The last time I ate here was 4/21/17. As I sat there, I learned on the TV that Prince had just died. That did it for me. I have not been back. The food was decent but after an awakening, I realized that DQs food offerings are not actually food. They are EXTREMELY sugar laden. No thank you! Im done with processed food!

Worst experience at a dq yet, they got my order wrong, and before I got my order to go they gave me my hot fudge Sunday , so it was melted before I got it to my wife in the hospital, the fries were cold and dry. Chicken strips were as small as nuggets
