I waited in the car while my husband went inside to get food to go. I literally waited 25 minutes. He kept coming outside saying they are really slow. Finally I went in to see what was going on. I was so grossed out by the cleanliness number one, but then asked why it was taking so long. There was no manager on site, or didnt seem to be, the workers just said "we are busy". Their customer service is the worst Ive seen. There was another man in line ahead of us. His order was not right and was waiting forever to get his food. I have never seen such a horrible "fast food" restaurant in my life. Poorly ran with teenagers that have no customer service. Whoever owns and manages this place may want to know what is going on during the weekends. Get a manager/supervisor in there!

Nice order takers and this has been the most consistently well made food of any taco bell i have been to. And if they do mess up your order or accidentally throw it together too fast because they are busy, they will make your order again right away and appologize profusely.

Food is always just OK filler, however customer service is absolutely horrendous. Asked for a 11, guy rushes and says anything else? Didnt even ask for my drink, then tried to end my order while I had 3 more orders. Then the guy forgets my drink.

The staff are clueless to their menu and point-of-sale machine. Food is either good or terribly assembled, I even found a fingernail that had been chewed off in a wrapper, thank God it wasnt in the burrito!

A little down in the dumps and the workers kinda have that dont care vibe. But it was fast and good enough. The bathrooms were pretty dirty though. Its a taco bell, I dont expect much from there premises

Order wasnt even made 15 mins later and I was still charged. There were only 4 other costumers. Manager really didnt seem to Care or apologize for not having the food ready. Night crew is terrible!

They spit in all the food! NEVER eat here. the managers even do it. I opened a burrito and found a huge chunk of snot. the food is of poor quality and makes my family sick everytime.

This location has some of the most helpful and polite staff ever. Sometimes the drive-thru is a little slow but Ill take it for nice staff interactions! My food is always amazing.
