I just stopped by the drive through and the wait was 15 minutes, I assume because of the service. I ordered a blizzard and double cheese burger. When i finally arrived at the window the blizzard was melted and the napkin drenched with ice cream. I tried to remove the cover but to my dismay because of the poor preparation the liquid flew unto my shirt and pants. I can not believe the lack of consideration when they had to have known the blizzard was more like a liquid shake than a solid snack. Very disappointing not going to be returning any time in the near future. The wait time in the drive through without an apology or explanation and then the delivery of the blizzard was just too much. For the price they charge I figure it should cover the cost of decent service. Very disappointed. No more money will be spent here.

This was such a weird and horrible experience. first off I had no idea where the drive thru was, finally found it and it was not inviting at all and didnt look open so I go inside. The General manager took my order and he didnt even know what he was doing... it took him forever to ring up my order and I had to tell him what I wanted 3 times before he got it. Hes the GM he shouldnt have any issue with ringing anything up. Plus on top of that he was super awkward and creepy. Then I finally get my food and its all just thrown into the carton and I also got a mocha moolatte and it tasted horrible. I didnt even drink it I threw it away. I will never go back there.

I never leave reviews but this place was so awful I had to. The location and facilities are great - the employees are horrible. There were 7 of them and only 2 were working. One of them was on her cell phone walking around the eating area and dropped at least 10 F-bombs in front of my son and many other kids along with some other horrible words. Another employee followed her and picked her nails for 20 minutes. If this place hired 3 good people they could have much faster service. Now looking at the reviews of this place - I wonder why anyone goes. I have been here twice now and both similar horrible experiences.

We are regular to Dairy Queen and have been using the maple grove and Woodbury location from last 10 years. Recently moved to Plymouth and on our first visit to this location , we ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. It was really disgusting to found the toast was completely burned and package was missing sauce. The chicken strips were also very small and thin. Apart from that the lady who was delivering the parcel was not customer friendly and literally throwed the packet to us.Will never visit again. I will suggest to every one to please check the contents of take out before leaving the store.

Went for lunch today. There were about 10 people hanging around and waiting for the food they ordered. They all looked angry. Then there were about 6 groups of people in line... and nobody at the register. So... 3 minutes later someone comes out and starts SLOWLY taking orders. The entire time we were there no food came out for the many people waiting for the food they paid for and only one order was taken. We gave up. During our time there we saw many other people do the same. Why cant they figure out they are losing business over this issue?

Busy spot. They had a nice system for handling the volume. The expeditor was getting the orders out quickly. As i was waiting I noticed something... They arent very sanitary!?! Young crew members hair was flying everywhere; touching customers spoons with bare hands after wiping their hands on their clothes or running thru their hair... did she just put her cellphone in her pocket. WAIT did she just put my brownie in the dish with her bare hands!?!?!?!?!? Refund please!

This place is literally the worst. Long waits, extremely rude staff and orders are always wrong. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only time the employees even speak to you are when theyre impatiently interrupting with "is that it" after every item you order. No thanking you for your business, no "youre welcome" after I politely thank them. Nothing. There are plenty of people looking for work. Stop allowing the teenagers you hire to have poor attitudes.

Nothing I ordered my food and only had one register open with a line out the door I stood there for nearly an hour waiting for my food because the line was so long she couldnt give me a refund and when I talked to the manager she was like well we are busy just disrepectful and rude soda machine was bone dry no soda syrup and this location used to be fast and friendly now just bunch of people who dont care about service and dont care about there job

The little thug that took my order was horrible. His dice earrings and gold chain necklace were ridiculous. He messed up my order and was rude when I told him the order was wrong. What seemed to be the breakfast club wearing DQ apparel didnt care that their non-gloved fingers continually plunged into my blizzards. I am trying to be funny to calm myself down I will drive twenty more minutes just to avoid this horribly staffed location.

Probably the worst service of any Dairy Queen in the area. All the previous reviewers are spot on. Took them 30 min to make one small blizzard. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru and no one in the parking lot. Not sure what all those employees were doing but certainly are not short staffed. Anticipated it be ready by the time I got to the window and still waited. Happens all too often. Definitely a management problem here.

Hands down the worst experience at a Dairy Queen EVER. People who arrived 15 minutes after us got their orders long before us. Then when we got our order it was wrong (2 Blizzards apparently is hard to get right in less than 20 minutes). Neither of the Blizzards were mixed and the one we ordered with 2 topping literally had 5 pieces in the whole thing. I wouldnt eat here again if you pointed a gun at my head.

The guy taking our order was rushing us on drive thru. Didnt let us finish our order. We asked for an extra side of flamethrower sauce and got a buffalo sauce. There was only a drop of flamethrower sauce on the burger. Ridiculously greedy with their sauce. Also had two crispy wrap and there were barely any lettuce and ranch in it. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Never again.

This place is filthy. We used to go here once a week for lunch, but we all agreed to stop do to how gross the dining area is, bathrooms are disgusting, Ketchup bottles are usually empty, sticky countertops and seats. If its that disgusting in the public area, I cant imagine how bad it is behind the counter and in the kitchen. Then add the slow service....

On Thursday 4/28 at 6:00 pm, i called to order a cake for Saturday evening. Even though it was 48 hours in advance she would not place my order. Unfortunate so i went to another dairy Queen and was able to place my order. I guess this dq on 494 and county road 9 does not need any customers. Thanks for helping me.......horrible customer service once again
