I went to this diner with a group of friends to grab something to eat after a late night. The waitress was incredibly rude and inattentive. I had to flag her down to get a refill on my water and she walked away without offering refills on anyones coffee, so we had to flag her down again. When a discrepancy came in the bill, we asked the waitress to take care of it. She brought another waitress over to speak to us, but that waitress could not explain why we were being charged more than the price on the menu either. Finally, I asked that the manager come over. What a disrespectful man! I couldnt believe the way he was speaking to the customers! He said that we were being charged more because of a substitution, but the only place on the menu that said that was under burgers (which we did not order). So, he should have taken it off, but since it was on the menu, he would not. Does this mean that when one part of the menu says it comes with two sides I should assume that ALL of the items on the menu come with two sides? That was his argument. So, instead of taking $2.50 off of the bill, he lost 6 customers for life. Dont go here! They are rude and the food isnt as good as Peter Pan Diner.

I will never go back to this dinner! The water had something floating in it, and when we asked for it to be switched out and cleaned they never came back with another one. Their food was undercooked and we had to wait even longer for it to be cooked. Im pretty patient however my husband and 17 month old son arent and listening to my son cry because he was hungry is heartbreaking. The staff was snooty, and standing around gossiping with one another and we could hear their entire conversation. Never again!

My family and I have eaten here a number of times on varying nights of the week and the food and service have been great. They have the place laid out well, even when crowded you can move freely around the diner between tables etc. Do not ask for a cappuccino unless you want one made from some kind of pre sweetened commercial cappuccino mix.

The diner is now called The Atlantis Diner. The portions are huge and tasty - Management is very nice !! They always remember us when we come in. Its a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable place to go. I love ordering dinner and getting another dinner and lunch out of 1 meal!! Saves me from cooking !! Nice job guys keep it up !!

We are always happy with food and service but were there this recent Sunday afternoon. It was very busy and a long wait for food. My sons wrap fell apart and my turkey burger was dry and over cooked. Maybe just a bad day.

Excellent service. The hubby loved his dinner. Kids chicken nuggets were way over cooked. Disappointed that my Greek salad had more green peppers than lettuce but overall a great place to eat

Cleanest diner on long island and the staff is very friendly and will play little tricks on each other creating a warm environment. Food is really good, and priced like most diners.
