The environment and employees are great. I ordered a chicken alfredo. I could hear my dish being thrown into the microwave and slow heated for a couple minutes. The nice employee who bagged my food didnt change her gloves after watching her clean a grill press for 2 minutes. My bread was thrown into the bag with no packaging by those same gloves. Overpriced for microwaved and frozen soups. Bread and Mac and cheese are amazing.

This place is a joke. I recently went and made a order got home to find stuff missing so I called to complain instead of driving all the way back up there. The manager said they would sent me a voucher for a refund for the food I paid for and didnt get. Well that was about a month ago and I have seen nothing at all. F this place. Dont go

They share a building with Mattress Firm. They are not directly connected to the mall anymore. This is a very large, clean Panera. They have plenty of line-skipping digital ordering touch screens. The service is much faster than other locations. This is definitely a top-tier Panera Bread.

This location has been having issues lately. The past few times they have forgot the silverware and napkins and today they forgot my bread and didnt put chicken on my salad. Its getting kinda pathetic. These are basics.

This place is a hit or miss and tonight it was a miss. My experience is dont eat here after 6 pm. The quality of food gets really bad after this time. Lesson learned. Off to Target for some good eats.
