I recently had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences in my life with this place. We ordered a Pizza online. Once you complete the order it says if you need to change or cancel anything call this number, and it gives you the local number of the store. However, upon calling, you go into a corporate pizza help desk. Thats right... a town of 17,000 people with 1 pizza hut... lets get a help desk to solve issue with pizza! Great idea. After changing my order within 8 minutes of clicking submit on the website, the corporate help desk seemed to be unable to commit and I wound up getting the smaller first order about 10 minutes later, delivered to my door. I spoke with the driver about the incorrect order and he advised me to call the store. After nearly 45 minutes on the phone with the "Help Desk" (because you cant call the store) we wound up with absolutely no resolution and no way to contact your store. All they said was that your store rejected the changed order because the pizza had already left the building... 8 minutes after I placed the incorrect order. Yeah friggin right... They even tried calling the local store while I was on the phone and still could not reach anyone at your store. Though based on how rude those people are, im guessing they never even tried. My wife had to drive to your location... the place we paid you $3 for a delivery charge so we wouldnt have to drive there.. yup.. had to anyway.. because in 2015.. why would we be able to CALL you on the phone about a problem?!? An still no resolution as there was no manager on. They couldnt refund my order because "They couldnt find it". Well, my credit card company has had no problems finding that charge at all... weird. The "Help Desk" mentioned they would be sending the notes of our conversation to your store manager and you should be contacting us. Its Monday now. 5 days later. I havent heard a peep from you guys and i still have a charge on my credit card for an order I canceled. Sept. 30, 2015 was the last time ill ever do business with your store, unless you have some bizarre trick up your sleeve Ive never seen before. There are at least a Dozen other pizza places in the STMA community that are going to be excited they have one less customer they have to share with you. Good luck though, as they dont seem to be able to actually do anything there.

Ok they need to figure something out with the phone number that is on the St. Michael Pizza Hut website. I called & asked if they delivered & was told yes. I said the website said u arent open til 4, do u deliver now (11am) I was told yes. placed the order nobody ever showed up to our business. I called & was told they would leave a msg for the mgr. well what about our order??? so called again & was told that was a call center # & they had us down for a scheduled delivery at 4pm.. well why wasnt I told this when I called?? I specifically asked if they delivered at 11am when I called & placed the order. not impressed... will order from different pizza place in the future.

Awful, just awful. I dont know how they managed to fail so horribly at their job but they did. It took almost an hour to arrive and when I finally got my pizza it was crushed and cold. Out of all the pizza places in town, this place sits pretty low on the list of quality joints. I hoped that even though Pizza Hut pizza is always mediocre at best, that they might be able to, at the very least, stay mediocre. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that its cheaper than Dominos. But I guess its true what they say; you get what you pay for.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience Ive ever had. Ordered with the app, then waited for the delivery that never came. When I tried to call the location I got a call center instead. Ended up getting in touch with the store manager only to learn that somehow my order got voided out. She did nothing to to help, only to tell me that the store was about to close and shes "sorry for the inconvenience". Do not order from here, you will be disappointed. Dominos is close, use them instead.

The Evening manager that was on tonight 10-25-2015 around 9pm he was so nice to us we ordered dessert cookies and brownies and he gave us breadsticks for free and i asked him about a job if they were hiring and he was out of applications but he told me to come back tomorrow he would have one just for me or to fill one out online! and they had our oder super fast and they all were friendly!!!!

We ordered four pizzas around 10:30pm tonight. We were told there was a 30-45min delivery time. Its currently 12:30am and we have not received our pizzas. My debit card was charged for the pizzas & the payment was reversed at 11:30pm. We never received a phone call that our pizza was not coming. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this location.

Over an hour. Still waiting. Ok 90 minutes and I am 3 minutes from store! The last time I ordered it took less than 5 min? Now you have to order talking to a person not at that store....they charged 1.00 for marinara, which used to be complementary. Too bad. I like their pizza. I wont be waiting up past midnight for that again.

Waited ninety minutes for our order only discover it wasnt coming. Called to check and spent another 20 minutes waiting to hear some feeble excuse about how they couldnt help us or bother to call. How can they stay in business with their disregard for any kind of customer service? Try anywhere else.

Ordered on a slow night, didnt receive order for over an hour and a half. Everything was cold. Tried to call, but was hung up on and stuck being transferred by the "call center " for over 20 minutes. Never got ahold of anyone actually at the store. Do not order from this location.

Best pizza there is. I think most people that order pizza here dont even think about writing a good review because it was pizza but if you order pizza and its bad it gives you a reason to write a review, I have never had a problem with pizza hut, would recommend.

Horrible! Just wanted to get a gluten free pizza delivered to my daughter in albertville where she works. The lady on the phone says she cant find the address. Too bad this place cant be local in a small town. Will never order from them again!

Very unprofessional behavior by employees, very rude, they should be fired. Every time, Ive gone in there, theyve been very unwelcoming. Its a a very awful thing to alienate the community that supports your business. Ill never go there again.

Had the best experience ever tonight with this store. Pizzas were cooked perfectly, and the delivery driver Matt was awesome. Ive had a couple bad experiences in the past but this order changed my mind and I will be ordering again soon.
