Filthy, ice cream so soft you have to drink it and indifferent staff. I stopped by with my family for a snack. The building is modern and new but the filth and smell of the bathroom was closer to a third world nation. My shoes stuck to the floor. When I mentioned that the bathroom possibly needed some attention the staff told me that they didnt have time. We ordered an while waiting they messed up the order of the group ahead of us. The floor of the general area was filthy as well and the counters showed a lack of cleaning. The counters were mostly covered with dried and drying food. Our hot fudge sundaes were so runny they were level with the top of the cup like soup. When I asked if we could get a different sundae because they were so runny the guy said they could put it in the fridge for a few minutes. I declined. We will never come back to this DQ. There are so many other better options.

Rude! I am sorry to say these people are so rude to their customers. My mom tried to get treats and there was several cars parked in the driveway. Again. (this had happened before. my older sister said that they do this so they dont have to work.) NOBODY was in the cars! This was at 7:30 and we tried to get in the door and it was locked on a Wednesday. When we called about it the next day. They were so horrible! NOT apologetic at all!!! Even hung up on my mom! They told her that the previous evening that they were cleaning and couldnt be disturbed! Uh Okay?

Brought my three kids in for lunch and ice cream shortly after noon on a Friday. Waited a half an hour, and then the wrong order was brought out. They screwed up every burger, the chicken strips were cold and soggy. The bathroom floor was so dirty that my daughters shoes stuck to it. I got my money back and walked out. I will never return. No one apologized, no one offered to make the situation right. Somebody deserves to be fired. Ive never written a Google review before, but this was the worst fast food restaurant Ive ever been to. Dont stop by.

Most of the food is very good. I was disapointed with mushroom swiss burger. The cheese was more of a cheese sauce. It did not taste good. I like the one at Culvers the best. As far as service, it was very good. I found the staff friendly. It was very busy when we arrive because a movie near by had ended; howevery, the staff were putting in the extra effort needed to keep it clean and keep the service flowing!

I come here occasionally for a quart of soft serve vanilla for dessert toppings, and sundae bars for gatherings. Great price. I was surprised to see the negative ratings. I had lunch there today. Food came in 6 minutes. Everything was clean and well kept. Tables clean and garbage picked up. Hey, its a Dairy Queen.

Just stopped in off the highway. The service was not the greatest. The girl who helped us was not willing to answer my question. She just pointed at the menu and said its right there and said it in a snotty way. The blizzard she made however was very delicious.

Used to be great, ever since the general manager Jeremy left the place has fallen apart. None of the staff know what they are doing and dont seem to have had any training. Food is slow, ice cream is liquid.

Unfriendly staff. Stale hamburger buns. Burger was dry. Ketchup missing on 3/4 of the tables. The ones that had ketchup bottles were almost empty.
