5 employees and it still took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge that I was standing there and even then I was told it would be another minute. the cashier came back and immediately waited on a woman who had just walked in the door. When I addressed that I was next in line the manager hid in the back while I was told it would be just a minute while they got the womans order ready. The cashier finally took my order then promptly joined the manager in the back and left it to another employee who had to ask what I ordered 3 times.

Service was excellent. The gentleman who helped us went above and beyond, helping carry our order and reassuring us that the mess the children left on the floor (puffs, accidentally dumped fries, etc) was "what kids are supposed to do" and we need not worry. I was dining with 3 children and my father. The play place was clean with a large slide. We left feeling positive and would dine there again.

Sunday night arrived around 5 p.m. drive-thru four cars in front of me still waiting 20 minutes later get back to this with the food review... Im back, after I paid for my food they told me it was going to be an additional 10 minute wait they were short-staffed and they felt they were swamped they had 3 tables inside dining and one car behind me in the drive thru ask for my money back and left

Its a pretty good BK. As clean as I would expect one to be. Has an indoor play ground that 3+ year olds would be big enough to play.
