A very solid 5 stars. Cherry smoked barbecue, enormous portion sizes, simple menu with an emphasis on quality. I dont care for baked beans so I cant speak to those. Barbecue sauce was excellent; sweet and mild. Coleslaw was well balanced; sweet, tangy, and creamy without being drippy or runny. Killebrew root beer and cream soda is a great touch. Fast, friendly service and no frills outstanding barbecue. They are open summer only so dont be that moron who gives one star because he went in the off season.

Best BBQ pulled pork around! I wish they were here year round, but I will settle for May through Septemberish... Used to drive by every morning and you could see the smoke pouring out of their smoking/grilling trailer. Smelled so good! Havent been there yet this summer, but as of last summer they werent accepting credit cards; youd have to go inside the gas station next door and use their ATM. Hopefully that has changed this year, but not a deal breaker if it hasnt.

Hands down, it is the best smoked meat I have had around Minneapolis. The BBQ sauce is a perk, not the flavor. When I head out of town (north on 94, I stop here for comfort food). Dont be fooled by the atmosphere. Taste the difference; Guarantee you will change your mind on your other favorite place into becoming second to none! ;o)

I dove past this place for years. I regret that!! Now that I know about it, I try to stop by every week. The pulled pork is AMAZING and the sauce is definitely worth buying a bottle or two!!!! Everybody that I know of whos had their food agrees! You have to try it out!! TRUST ME!!!!

Hands down my favorite lunch spot in the area. Giant sandwiches are indeed giant, overflowing with beef or pork. Sauce is jammed with flavor. I prefer hot, its not burning hot but it has a little kick. Service is always friendly. Bring cash, no credit cards accepted.
